New management and looks like new equipment as well. My car was shaking quite bad during the wash and I decided not to go back. Missing rear wiper later on conformed my decision.

I’ve tried calling them multiple times to tell them about how my car looked when I got home and no call back. My tires had dirt on them, my dash was dusty and when I opened my car door it wasn’t clean. The wash was $25, $35 with the tip. One star!

I had the worst experience ever at this car wash shop. The customer service was terrible and they wanted to charge just to schedule an appointment for one of the customer. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Auto detailing

I got the full service car wash and they did a terrible job not even the bare minimum. They didn’t even bother wiping everything such as behind the steering wheel and door panels. Nor did they bother vacuuming the seats. They vacuumed the floor but not properly, there was dust and particles under the front seats as well in the side doors. Honestly such a waste of money and a terrible experience. When I tried asking them to wipe and vaccum the said places they just said “No English” and “finished” as an excuse for not doing it. I had to go and use the self service vacuum's to properly get it cleaned. I would recommend coming here for the self service vacuum's. Even though the place is cheap it’s not worth it cause they don’t do the things included in the services properly, so it doesn’t even look like you got a car wash to begin with.

Absolutely one of the most frightening experiences I’ve had. I brought my car in this morning for a quick wash and ended up at the very end on a one way conveyor belt into a closed garage door. The garage door at the end was closed and there was nowhere to go. Me and the car behind me were laying on the horn trying to get someone to open the door while his car was heading towards us and the conveyor belt was ripping up my tires pushing against my brakes. Someone eventually shut it down before I’d be rear ended. I’m on day three of owning my car. Nobody should be praying they’re going to make it out of a car wash. After ripping up my wheels, roughing up my brakes, and scaring the life out of us; I don’t recommend this wash. I have damage on the front end of my car with broken paint.
