But main lady there literally impulsive and doesn’t know . Beware of they don’t know simple .
Main brownish , in the door .
She will say you are playing game us . I didn’t I asked to cover the highlight not the roots or grown match to my natural color and she impulsively didn’t pick a right color and caused an orange and messed up my natural hair .

I went today and was so nervous about getting blond highlights on my brown hair. Mikala was amazing. She was super nice and listened to everything I said . My hair turned out great and she was so respectful and polite. I would recall this place and I will be back

Rossi did not take my ClassPass reservation and the person working said they didn’t so men’s facials. Very rude and not helpful. I understand third party app reservations may not work and it’s up to Rossi to update where they are showing up. A smile and some help would have been fine. I would have understood. That was not the case here

I will not be going back there. Malika is very very good but I did not like the customer service given by the owner. She was rough. She also kept asking me why my hair was so thin and how I really need a microderm abrasion. You go to a salon to feel better about yourself, not to be put down. She had negative things to say about employees as well. She also charged more for a service I get regularly. Not a good experience at all

I went there a day before to get the idea of price range and they told me a price .. the next day i went there the same person was there and i got my hair colored . When it was time of the payment i was expecting the price i was told before but she overcharged way too much .when she told me how much i have to pay i asked her that this is not what she told me yesterday. I remembered the prices she told me for other services as well but she denied all of it on my face . The problem is I am not a kind of person who would fight but i felt really mad at that time . If she wanted to charge that much she could've said that . Otherwise i liked my hair.Services: Hair coloring

The women cut my hair uneven. Before it go worst I had to stop her in between and went to different saloon. Never recommend for men.
