I have been bring my dogs to Randi for about ten years and we have always been happy with her and her associates’ work. I would recommend.

I have a very nervous Australian Shepherd named Gracie. Her coat, at times, is absolutely FERRAL! (and beautiful ofcourse lol). We followed Julia to this location from her previous. She does the most amazing job with our pup! The softness of her coat, the perfectly lined hygiene cuts and the rounded off nail trims are a testament to Julia’s pride in her work. We are so thankful to find a groomer that has the right touch, as well as skill, for our skiddish double coated queen! (Picture is from day of groom)

From the moment I saw Randi grooming a wire fox terrier in the window of her Lombard shop, I knew this was the place for us. Back then, my wire fox girl was just a puppy. Millie is now 10, and we've enjoyed nothing but great service, excellent results, and a good friendship with Randi since 2014. Randi is now in Glen Ellyn in a beautiful place of her own – and even though I moved to Indiana three years ago, I still come back every 8 weeks or so with Millie. Randi is patient and knows how to properly groom our dog. And wires can be feisty! Millie certainly can be quite bratty, but Randi handles her with expertise and kindness. I trust her completely and would not consider going anywhere else. –Kim in Valparaiso

We have been seeing Randy for many many years and have ALWAYS been happy. She has taken Care of all three of our fur babies and we just have one left now sadly but he loves going there and even walks in the door by himself without any anxiety and he has the worst anxiety! Randy takes such great care of him and all his needs. When we were losing our other Shih Tzu baby she cared all the way to her last days. Pawfect styles and Randy and her employees have been a very important part of our lives and we are so grateful we found someone who cares as much as her and all the employees there ❤️

I’ve never paid so much money to be treated so disrespectfully and devalued as a customer. Questioning the cost of $200 to groom a dog was treated as a crime by the owner, Randi. We were told we insulted her groomers by questioning the cost. Randi said we’d never find a lower price to groom our dog. We were told our dog was matted and indeed he was. To our knowledge, unmatting a dog’s coat is a part of the grooming process. Randi acted as if we were neglectful abusive dog owners. How can a groomer treat customers like that? Randi was rude, superioristic, and if she likes dogs or people she showed no indication to us. All because we were of the opinion that $200 is a very high price to pay for grooming. She’s not grooming dog champions for shows. These are pets.
On the contrary, our groomer Kelli is wonderful. She’s groomed two of our dogs over the past 15 years. She grooms our dog professionally and expertly and lovingly, and is kind and communicative with us. She loves our dog. Now her boss says we can’t use her? We’ve never raised our voice, disparaged her or her staff, or behaved in any way that she should keep us from using our cherished groomer Kelli. It’s punitive and egotistical and just plain wrong to keep us from our groomer. Thankfully karma isn’t as mean spirited as Randi. Just fair.
Randi, as new customers you barely gave us a chance to even get on a regular schedule. We came twice! We thought taking him for a bath and a trim more locally in between returning to your place within 8-9 weeks was acceptable and you even agreed when we originally suggested it. We couldn’t get in the in between maintenance just this one time as they were temporarily closed when we needed to see them. You never even gave us the chance to explain that. We were never dissatisfied with your groomer’s work ever. Agreed we’re not a fit, but your dismissiveness and lack of understanding of our point of view and inference that we are mistreating our dog is just self-serving and hurtful. And you are indeed keeping us from using our longtime groomer at a convenient location- her other job is many miles away. “No need for further communication” can always be imposed by the individual in the privileged position of power. Further communication can always further clarify and even resolve differences if the other party does not slam a door shut.

I have tried calling this place more then once but i have always received voicemails and no call back. This place is closed whenever i am passing by which literally everyday since this is in my neighborhood. Very frustrating

Randi loves our pups at least as much as we do. She does an amazing job, and her care of our fur bois is second to none. Strongly recommend her if you have a doodle in need of grooming!

Friendly, professional, and great with dogs. I appreciate that they take credit cards, allow you to schedule via text, and allow the dogs to roam, instead of being crated.

Randi has been grooming our Wheaten Terrier for the past 5 years. She has always done a wonderful job for a reasonable price. She really cares about her furry clients and we have never had any issues or problems. I highly recommend her services if you need a dog groomer!
