Great care is taken for our pet. When we use the service. Their online booking portal could be a little bit better, but when it comes down to it, the service is exactly what we are looking for.

Out-U-Go has been a gem of a find since we moved to the suburbs a couple years ago. They're very courteous, professional, reliable, and personal all at the same time. It's like arranging for an old friend to watch over our cat at this point. We also really enjoy the daily updates about how our cat is being a good boy and enjoying the visits. Highly recommended!

Best animal companion care and sitting ever! This team of dog walkers and cat sitters are reliable, careful and caring for your pets needs. They will update you and let you know how your pet is doing, your pet will get an introduction to their walker and they leave notes after visits. Prices are affordable and the team is quick to reply to inquiries.

The Downers Grove team is amazing. They make me feel like I'm their only customer based on how responsive, flexible, and understanding they are to my needs. Our walker Marty is very loved by my crazy boxer dog duo. They can be a difficult pair and it feels good knowing they are well cared for and safe. My dogs look forward to their walks and have always formed strong positive bonds with their walkers and sitters. My family has used OUG for 10+ years now, 6 years with Downers Grove. They are reliable and trusted resource for my pups and family.

Out-U-Go provides walks to our dog twice a week. He loves all of his walkers and we always feel like he is safe and taken care of in their hands. They are very responsive to any requests or last minute changes. I would recommend them for your dog walking needs.

We have used OUG-DG for 5 years for daily walks and house/dog sitting. We have two pups who are awful on walks, and very slow to warm up to strangers. OUG has always managed to work with our skittish duo without any issue. They approach slowly when entering our home and always give us the sweetest reports following. We’ve used their house sitters, who have been outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about OUG. Stellar communicators and great with pets (and their people).

It is hard to limit the rating for Out-U-Go to ONLY 5 stars. They are a wonderful support group for us. We are very active, needing dog walking and vacation service often; sometimes last minute. OUG has always stepped in and taken care of business, reliably, responsibly and with care. Not to mention, our Great Dane absolutely LOVES her daily dog walker, Karen. If you are in need of the perfect pet care service, and live in the western suburbs, I would HIGHLY recommend Out-U-Go.

I love Out -U-Go! We have had a really great experience with all our visits and dog walkers. The staff really cares about the dogs and put in that extra level of effort to take care of them on visits. I adore the updates we get about our pups visit-complete with photos! Highly recommend.

I use out u go at least 3 times a week! Sara and Kristen take such good care of my dogs. Both are 14 and have had some medical issues. I have sent over emails to heather to let her know and the communication is excellent! I love the recap emails they send after the visits, always so creative and happy. These ladies care of my boys with true love. If you are looking for a sitter, 100% recommended!!!!

I found them upon moving into my place in 2016..Ghost was not even a year old. I needed help bad being single and working 12 hr shifts as a nurse and out u go has been my savior! They have been available even on snow days (which he loves)!! They are part of how I got him potty trained and helped with his loneliness and my worries of leaving him alone...sometimes doing 2 visits in 1 day. We love our visits from them and will always refer them to who's in need! thanks for all you guys do!

The best dog walkers. I have called day off and they still get someone out to walk my pups! So nice and caring. Leaves fun notes at the end of every visit with how it went and what they did.

We've used 3 different Out U Go offices over the past years- Oak Park, South Loop, and now Downers Grove. We have been so impressed with how flexible and accommodating this company is. Even though we're not frequent customers, it's always easy to schedule and Out U Go takes wonderful care of our dogs and cat.
