They cleaned my wedding dress beautifully. I have taken many articles of clothing to be cleaned and stitched, everything has been done quickly and looks clean and pressed perfectly.

I used this cleaners for years. The gentleman who ran it did a great job. The clean clothes did not reek of fragrance. A woman runs it now and there is no fragrance but the clothes smell dirty ; like a pile of clothes that need cleaning. So unfortunate.

0/5 stars. My husband took two pairs of jeans in to get taken in. After he picked them up, he tried them on at home. They did not fit. They were WAY to short. I brought both jeans in the store to ask what she could do for me because we now had to buy another pair of jeans since both jeans we bought were ruined. The owner told me there was nothing she could do for me. She said that this was what he wanted. At one point, she started working on someone else's clothes and ignored that I was even standing in front of her! As a long time customer, I repeated and asked what she would for me since the jeans are ruined! She would not give me a refund and told me there's nothing she could do. Talk about horrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else!

We have been taking our cleaning and alterations here since Park Cleaners closed. The owners are so friendly. They do a wonderful job with our dry cleaning. And had a few clothes items altered perfectly. Plus they always help me out with my cleaning to the car. Great place and highly recomment.

I am not the type of guy that writes reviews but this establishment really disappointed me and I feel robbed. I took my cloths to be dry cleaned on Friday and the told me they will have them ready by Monday, I thought it was 1 hr service bc of their name Right!! Ok I accepted. Fine. After seeing how much they charge me I was expecting an impecable job. I couldn't pick up my cloths Monday so I went Tuesday, today, at around 2 pm. When I went to get my cloths, the lady told me they where not ready, like seriously it was suppose to be ready since yesterday, and to come back in 30 min, like if I didn't have nothing to do!!! I came back to pick up my cloths after a few hrs expecting a discount or at least an apology. I got nothing and got charged the full price. After coming home and seeing my cloths, there where a couple of shirts that where not button on the neck. Pic below. The job and service is mediocre. First and last time I come here. Take your business somewhere else!!!

Called them on a Thursday morning to see if I could drop off 2 short-sleeve shirts for same-day dry cleaning. Gentleman that answered said 'no, you can pick them up Saturday'. I said 'I need them back today' and he said, 'it's $6.99 for each shirt -express service, and you pick them up tomorrow after 4pm'. I again said I needed them back today and said 'you are called 1-hour cleaners!?' and he said 'that's just our name! We don't do 1-hour dry cleaning!' If you need 1-hour dry cleaning - this '1-hour dry cleaner' doesn't do it. Talk about false advertising!
