Very interesting thrift type store from Nordstrom. Each trip is something different. Might be a bag full of pajamas and socks or blouses and dresses. I don't think I have ever spent more than $35.00 here and always leave with at least 5-6 items.

You find great deals, but I will say you really need to have time and patience to look through the racks of clothes and rows of shoes...I walked out with name brand ankle boots there easily 60 bucks for 10 dollars!!

I come to this store probably 1-2 times a week because I love a great deal and usually find some great things here! The workers are always so nice, but unfortunately today, that wasn’t the case. My sister had grabbed a pair of pants, from the pants section, and I grabbed a shirt from one of the return racks, and we headed to the register. The worker that had checked me out, Natalie, immediately started to have an attitude with us, the second we walked up to the register. Besides my two clothing items, I picked out a pop socket from the section by the register and had asked her how much it was and with an attitude she said “$0.97”. My sister and I looked at eachother because we were confused as to why she said it like that? Then she immediately said “give me a second”, again with attitude, and grabbed my two clothing items and went to the back. Another employee came out with my items (Ebony- who was extremely kind and extremely helpful), and let us know we can’t buy these items bc the tag was wrong. We were confused, and then Natalie stepped in to tell us that WE changed the tags. We were actually speechless and then she proceeded to look at me and say “you change the tags everytime you come here”: my sister had looked at her and said “what are you talking about?”, and Natalie proceeded to say “I wasn’t talking to you”. Never in our lives had we switched a tag at your store, and for her Natalie to not only accuse us of doing it today, but MULTIPLE TIMES, is actually crazy. She also said it in front of a line, wrapped around with customers. And in fact, she was still talking rudely to us, but Ebony had to push her away and make her go to the back. We talked to two managers, who seemed to be apologetic, but at the end of the day that doesn’t really matter because Natalie, the one who actually accused us, was not apologetic. The least they could’ve done was have her apologize, because otherwise to me, it looks like they have no issue with what she’s done, and stand by her falsely accusing customers. We’re going to be taking legal civil action against her. Stealing accusations are nothing joke about and she straight out humiliated us in front of the whole store and other workers. And in the end, the difference of the “switched tag”, was probably $25 after discount. Super disappointed in this store today. And when going through your reviews, it seems this isn’t the first (nor second or third) time something like this has happened. I think this store should stop worrying about customers who truly come in for just a good deal, and start worrying about the workers that get commission from the resellers to hide them the good items.

Been coming here for years and it’s definitely at its worst right now. A mess, workers talking on their phones, texting, and hanging out in parts in the store like they’re not at work. Cashier refused to sell certain items because they were “priced wrong”. Then why are they out? Felt like she wanted them for herself.

Subject: Proposal for Enhancing Fairness in Access to High-Demand ItemsDear Management,I am writing on behalf of a collective of Last Chance customers who have been frequenting your establishment over the past month. We appreciate the opportunity to access quality products at your store. However, we have observed a pattern that seems to disadvantage a significant portion of your clientele, including ourselves. It has been evident that specific individuals consistently secure high-demand items, suggesting they might be aware of prior knowledge about the availability and area for the lines. This situation has led to a competitive atmosphere in the store, characterized by undue haste, such as running and power walking, which not only compromises the shopping experience but also raises concerns about safety and fairness. To address this issue and promote an equitable shopping environment, we propose a simple yet effective mechanism. We suggest that customers be required to line up and draw a number during the first 10 minutes of a sale event. Once a number is assigned, customers should not be allowed to exchange it. This method will ensure that all patrons, irrespective of their frequency of visits or connections within the store, have an equal opportunity to access popular items. We believe this adjustment will not only enhance the fairness of the shopping experience but also reinforce the inclusive values that the LAST CHANCE store stands for. It would encourage a wider demographic of customers to participate in sale events, knowing they have a fair chance at purchasing desired products. We are confident that implementing such a system would benefit your esteemed establishment and diverse customer base. We look forward to your consideration of our proposal and are hopeful for a positive outcome that aligns with the interests of all parties involved.Thank you for your attention to this matter and your ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.

Terrible service half of the stuff doesn’t have tags, I like d address was told to find something similar to be rung up, couldn’t find the exact dress so found other options about 3 she refused just ripped out of my hand. Then she grabs my other dress says this is the wrong tag that was attached to the dress. She was extremely rude her name is ebony. Gross store awful costumer service.

I used to love coming here 3x/month and spend over $1k at times. Recently I have not been able to shop like before due to pricing being “marked wrong” per employees at check out. Now I only spend about less than $50 and only come 1x/month. I see a lot of items marked super high but those items are not taken out which doesn’t make sense. If something is priced wrong don’t put out for sale. It’s like going to a garage sale but the owner doesn’t want to sell the item anymore. Just don’t put it out! There’s enough staff to check items for pricing before it goes out on the floor.

The cashiers are slow and are goofing around and on top of that they did not want to sell me a product that had a tag on because the price is wrong......well then why say "if no tag no sale" when indeed there is a tag. Maybe mark the correct prices on items so this won't happen. Need to hire more competent employees/managers!

The store is ruled by the resellers.Very unfair store. Please do something about this.Management, please take this seriously, as this will be a safety hazard. The store should limit the amount of time that the resellers could be at the store they are there everyday and all day is not fair!!!They are very rude!!!!!! They need to be kick out and not be able to go inside….
