Just got a knew phone after 5 years. Manager Rigo was incredibly helpful & very knowledgeable. I was significantly less nervous about the process because of his help.

I give it 5 stars. Very pleased with the service and customer attention. I was able to get a new line and new equipment. The man who works there provides great friendly and efficient treatment because he is fluent in Spanish and English.

I arrived to purchase a brand new iPhone 11. The employee named Arturo was friendly and helpful. However he insisted that I purchase the “bundle” including a case for the phone which made the price much higher than it is. I asked him to please just give me the phone without the bundle but he insisted that was the only option. I was hesitant but went on with the transaction. Once I had paid for the phone and was waiting for it to be setup, some sort of domestic dispute started when an alleged former employee arrived and went into the back without permission. This went on for about 15 minutes and i as left unattended. Later on the employee named Arturo flat out admitted that he’s a salesman and his job is to give the higher priced option for the sake of the company. After the domestic dispute ended he used several profanities. The process took so long it almost went until closing time. Ten minutes before closing he quickly ushered us out of the store frantically and left probably a minute after that. I paid $160 when the receipt says $140 flat. Completely unprofessional and deceptive. I recommend going to another store.

Rigo was definitely helpful. But pay attention to the receipt . I got charged taxes 2 times. Once on the phone then ANOTHER when I paid out. Exact same amount tax. Didn't realize until couple days later. One of of my phones he put my old SIM card in the new phone and pocketed my new SIM card and still charged me $21.57 for feature change. Then did all phones separate transactions so he could get taxes on each of them rather than me buying all at once.....Stay Woke people is all I'm saying

Lombard T-Mobile saved the day after Customer Care via phone had previously screwed things up. The phone rep was incompetent and handled everything wrong, so we took a chance and went to the Lombard store, hoping someone in person could rectify things. Turns out, our issue did have to go back to over-the-phone customer care, but thankfully, T-Mobile specialist, Aqeb Ahmed, saw our frustration and graciously offered to let us place the call from there, and he spoke to the rep once they came on the line. Aqeb explained everything to them, and it all got straightened out. Thank you, Aqeb, for your excellence and stellar customer service. T-Mobile should give you a holiday bonus!
