Walked in to find a certain pair of earrings. Left with nothing because for the 5 for 10 you have to buy 5. I didn’t like more than 2 pairs on that rack. Store was clean but employee sitting on the floor didn’t acknowledge anyone who was in there. Bad service.Came again today 1/28/24 and the girl working didn’t say hello, hi, nothing. This isn’t the only time this happened. Not good service.

I don’t like that they wouldn’t price adjust on a sale they had the next day. Also the no return on earrings is stupid if It was next day and I never wore them. Was only exchanging for lower price. Lost a customer.

Completely crooked poorly done piercing in my lobe. I was getting my daughters ears pierced also, so I was preoccupied with keeping a ‘brave face’ so my daughter wasn’t scared, and didn’t take a close enough look after my piercing (but I should have known better because that piercing really hurt a lot more than the other two, and now I know why). I get home and it’s hurting more and more as the night goes on, while the two on the other side don’t hurt at all. I go to my bathroom mirror to take a closer look, and the piercing is so crooked that the backside is essentially coming through the hole of the piercing next to it! I am mortified, in a lot of pain, and had to remove my BRAND NEW piercing that’s not even 3 hours old. Even if it wasn’t causing me extreme pain (I’ve got 3 kids, I can handle pain), I can’t keep it because I wouldn’t be able to wear an earring in the hole next to it. This isn’t me being ‘unhappy’ with the piercing. The piercer butchered my ear and it’s absolutely horrifying. Please, please, please, PLEASE go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I wish I just went to Claire’s, or better yet, a doctor or piercing professional who actually knows what they’re doing.

Daughter just got her ears pierced by Cate and she was super sweet. She made sure the piercing were lined up and she took her time. My daughter, and I both really appreciated the time and care she took.

I bought a bunch of clearance jewelry & I told the young male cashier with curly hair that I didn't want a bag & threw my purchase which was wrapped in black tissue inside my big black bag. I went home & I thought 2 of the jewelry pieces were missing & called the store. The same cashier answered the phone & I asked him if he could check the counter for the 2 missing pieces, he was apologetic & looked for it, I gave him my name & phone number in case if he found it. I decided to check my purse again & I found them wrapped up in another tissue, duh! I called the store & told him that I found them. He was apologetic even though it was my oversight. Thank you! And I have bought few pieces of jewelry from here & Iove them. They are very reasonably priced & look expensive!

You can find a nice selection of affordable and trendy jewelry and accessories. This store is located on the lower lever of Yorktown Mall right next to Victoria Secret. You won't miss it. The nice bright Lovisa's sign will catch your eyes. You can find some cute jewelry or accessories to dress up your outfits. Rather your going to a wedding, a dinner party, or out with friends. Simple but trendy and chic. Different style of brands that caters to adults, teenage girls and little girls. It's a small store but easy to browse around and find something cute to purchase. Lovisa's is even a ear piercing station. .
