“This is the third time I’ve shopped at Lombard liquors, and every time trying to find an unusual kind of whiskey. It’s very reasonably priced and today, I happen to mention that I needed to send the bottle as a gift and the owner graciously suggested they ship it for me (I covered the shipping cost, of course), and included a personalized message. He saved me a trip to FedEx/UPS, and it was the same price or less!
He really went way above and beyond and even sent me the tracking number to my cell and thanked me for continuing to be a customer. That’s excellent customer service!”

“Reasonably priced wines and beers are offered here. I am actually embarrassed that I live so close but had never checked out this place until recently. I love supporting local businessed. Typically, mom and pop type liquor stores are pretty expensive and there is usually a less-than-happy person taking one's money without caring.... NOT HERE. These folks know what they have in inventory and they can make recommendations. They are fully engaged in their customers' experiences. By the way, there is a ton of parking in the back of the shop and the lot is accessed from Park Ave. Give them a try, especially if you live near by and don't feel like driving elsewhere. SHOP LOCAL!”
