Well, that was a bust. Went to 4 stores today looking for a desk, thinking that with the good reviews, this one would be the one. Checked the hours, looks like we were good to come here. Got there, parked, went up to the door, there's a sign warning that there was a dog on the premises. That's OK, I work with dogs. Door was locked. Alright, understandable... looked again to make sure they were still actually open, didn't see any extra signs saying they were closed for a bit. Someone was inside sitting down, but no one came. They also had multiple cars parked outside the entrance door. I wanted so badly to see their desks because we need a MAJOR upgrade for our home, but I guess they didn't want us in there? I understand we were in band t-shirts and I have tattoos and dyed hair but still. Guess we'll find somewhere else.

PSA...WARNING...wolf in sheep's clothing. Beware of Kentwood Office Furniture in Lombard. They come across like professionals, helpful, and friendly when you are a buyer. Afterwards, however, they don't care if you have an issue with their product (bought an office chair) or not. I tried appealing to their sense of professionalism and got nowhere.

I needed some very specific help to flush out a training space. we had been to several places and couldnt find something that met our needs that wasnt rediculously overpriced for what we were doing. Pat Benson at Kentwood found what we needed quickly and got it delivered in a couple days. Really impressed and happy with the results. highly recommend.

Just a shout out to Mary at Kentwood Office Furniture in Lombard. My office chair had a mechanical issue. The chair's manufacturer website showed Kentwood as my nearest dealer. Even though I didn't buy the chair from Kentwood, I was beyond impressed by Mary's interest in helping me and swiftly processing the warranty request for the replacement part which I received today via UPS. This certainly reflects how caring this office furniture retailer is. I bet they take excellent care of all their customers! Thanks again Mary, Mark S.

Kentwood Office helped us get multiple desks over the years. Nick is a great guy to work with and is always available when I need another quote or have a question about a previously purchased desk. (To get an accessory or something) They worked with us on budget constraints and helped us review the different types of desks that would fit in our space and budget.

We are a small office and needed a new reception desk. Pat Benson Is the best. He was so helpful, nice and gave us a great deal on the desk. Delivery and set up were great. The desk is of great quality. Thank you for all your help Pat!
