Needed a tow, wow how they do business is shady. No price till it is too late. they charge you for the photos they take to protect them. the milage charge plus a fuel charge. The breakdown of the bill is disgusting to say the least. Then to only accept cash or Zelle who has a spare $500 on them. Or a couple other ways to pay that would cost you another fee. Real scam artists for sure. I warned anyone and everyone I know not to ever call these jokers.

DO NOT CALL OR USE THESE GUYS!!!!! Total scammers that aren't up front with you on the cost or how to pay for their services. Had to pay cash or Zelle for a jump on a Ram 5500 and they charged $880 when they were down the street! Sad there are people out there like this that take advantage of people.

I do not recommend this company. When calling, they took down credit card information first. The tow truck did not arrive at the stated time. We had to continuously call them only to be told they would be there soon. When the driver finally arrived much later, they charged for the milage they took to come out there and other charges. They also indicated they just got the call to come help me. Moreover, I unfortunately ended up having them tow my car for more than I should have paid. After the situation, I reached out to other tow companies who would have offered much better service at a better price. I later used other tow services with a much better experience.

Be carfull with this guys!! its a scam al the way !!!
I hire wrecker truck all year long in all USA to load Contrucion equipment ! i had a 40,000 lb machine that i need to be lift and load on a stepdeck trialer, the gave me a qoute of 1275 dlls/hr for each truck with a 3 hr minimuim, and told us that it would need 2 trucks for loading a 40,000 lb machine!! And we ended up paying 7405 dlls!! it took no longer to load than 1 1/2 hrs, and the ended up doing it with 1 truck only...
There priorty is not custumer service!!! Everybody there with a bad attitude !!! Be carfull with them !! You can see everything on the reviews, look like it was not just our occasion!!

awful service! called them multiple times and told me they will be coming in an hour. Never showed up. Ended up calling a different company that helped me right away. these people are trash and BIG SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS !! Quoted $155, charged $540, for a 6 mile tow on a Toyota RAV4. Was told cash only, refused to give a receipt. After I said I'd file a complaint for them not giving a receipt the driver threw my keys inside the car and closed the locked door. He left in his truck, middle finger out the window. AVOID NO MATTER WHAT.

BE CAREFUL…..The most dishonest towing service out there, they would tell you $195 per hour and they will charge for everything in between plus diesel which should be operation costs. They should plenty of towing service that will give better and honest pricing out there

BEWARE!!! This “business” is a scam. They had me pay $800 upfront to tow my car out of a ditch. Before they even knew my location I told them to cancel the request because I had someone else coming to help and they never refunded me or performed any service.

Absolutely horrible people running this disgrace of a company. Quoted price will not be the price you pay. Run by a bunch of criminals that for some reason feel entitled to basically steal from the people that share the community with them. Avoid these people at all costs. Mrs Maye should be ashamed of the son she created.

I called for a tow and they told me 4 hours. Got my name number etc... Called them after 5 hours - still no car, they didn't have any record of me or my pick up. Besides all the other terrible reviews I ignored because I needed to get this fixed ASAP. Don't go here, they're not going to help you. If they do according to the other reviews they will lie about what they charge.I called someone else and they helped me right away. Thank you to West & Sons Towing, Inc.
