Came to this location to make a blanket for my teenager. Avoid a woman named MADDY. I knew what size fabric I needed 4x6 feet so she came to cut and I told her the truth I don’t know what yards is converted to feet, then she gives me blank stare like she doesn’t know either and tells me I’m confusing her. I tell her I’m not sure how much a yard is but I need to be 4‘ x 6‘ (or something close right) and she says “you’re not the first person to make a no sew blanket” with a attitude and eye roll like mam I’m asking YOU for help sorry you’re a middle-age woman stuck working at joann fabrics lady but don’t take it out on customers asking questions or looking for a team member to take the lead and tell them what they need. This is a woman that is rude as heck to people behind closed doors and saves face when other people watching. Sad

Awful staff and management. Went in there because in the past the employees were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help guide you on how to best complete your project.
No one there seemed to know anything and when asked the sample I have on me will work for my project, the manager snapped saying “look, I don’t know anything and I’m not going to waste my time trying to help you. All I can do is show you what we have and you can go from there”
What the hell happened to this place?? No wonder the parking lot only had three cars outside.

Do not make any purchases here that you consider to be “actual money” as opposed to trinkets. This store does not put signage ANYWHERE, nor on the receipt, that they do not allow returns on a big ticket items like sewing machines, if they’ve been opened, even if they’ve never once been used. Joann is not worth shopping at if it’s clear they just want your money and don’t actually want to be a store by, for example, allowing you to return a machine. We were planning to return our Brother machine for a Singer that we would have bought here, but now I’m going to make sure my entire sewing club knows not to buy things here. We will be going to national tournament later this year as a team, and I’ll be sure to spread news of this policy there, as so many professional/amateur hobbyists who sew buy things from Joann. I personally will make it my responsibility to ensure they buy elsewhere. Thanks Joann!

Came in a few minutes before closing and there was a woman being helped in line and they stopped me and told me they were closed and wouldn't let me do my return. I will never be back to that store.

So disappointed in JOANN. From Management to signage, from pricing to finding assistance! Sick of all the CRAFTS. Trying to be a Hobby Lobby knock off. Frustrating!

I ordered an online pick up item and unfortunately it wasn’t ready upon my arrival even though it was just 2 hay bales, but I will say I was very happy with the associate that helped me. Even though it wasn’t ready, she went and handpicked the items for me ensuring that I’d be able to walk away with my order same day! The store was also clean and organized

Went here today to get some fabric, we were specifically looking for the most inexpensive fleece, we found some with orange stickers that said 11.90 and 9.00 over the price sticker. We thought, "great these are on sale". Wrong when we they were cut and priced out they were 17.99 and 14.99- these were not price stickers but they were the "original lengths" the sale person was apologetic and said the confusion was understandable. So just be careful. The orange stickers on fabric are NOT sales prices!

Went here today and two representatives were so rude made me feel uncomfortable . Their scanners weren’t working so I was told to take the cut fabric to the register to check how much it rung up. And when I did not want the fabric due to not being aware of the price, I was told to take the fabric back myself. Why am I having to run around finding out the price as a customer? rude customer service def felt the racism. Wouldn’t recommend this Joann.
