My now wife and I had a great experience shopping for both our rings at Jared. The customer service by both Heidi and Nico was excellent. Unfortunately we did not end up buying a ring here, but would recommend this location!

Was such a terrible experience every time I have been to this location. The first time I went to pick out my engagement ring. The bald manager told me the stone I want would be "ugly and stupid to get" and that the customizations I wanted would be "too over the top", I didn't ask for anything I have not seen before...Then I call yesterday to see if they can resize and engrave rings that were not from there. Bald manager also had a major attitude and seemed like I was inconveniencing him. He said yes, asked me no follow up questions.We go to the store an hour later, get helped by a great man, and the bald manager sighed and took over for some reason. Then he proceeds to tell me he can't do it because of the stone I have. That is fine, I understand. But then he proceeds to tell me that it is "a cheap stone for people who can't afford real rings, that looks fake, and never holds up for a long marriage." I was absolutely floored by his audacity to say such rude things to a customer.I needed 3 other items engraved, so I looked past his rudeness and asked about my other rings. Again, he went straight for "this one isn't real", which I had already told him. The other was "clearly not real 4k gold" even though I had the proof that it was. And the final was too textured, again I understand that is the case. He then just said "I would never sell a ring like this it looks so odd".I completely understand on not being able to do things due to certain stones and metals, but repeatedly calling my items ugly and fake was a disgraceful customer service. You always dream about those moments being so happy and exciting, and that rude bald man made my memories awful.You might have noticed I called him bald over and over, that is incase he sees this so he can feel like garbage too.

I had a great experience at this Jared Store in Lombard, IL. Briana Dennis the Store Manager took her time to show my fiancé and I the many different options of jewelry. We did not decide on any of the pieces, but we did have an older piece bought at another Jared Store serviced here as it was broken.They had the piece fixed when I thought it would not be able to be fixed, cleaned my fiancé's engagement ring, and gave me longterm warranty options on my items to ensure I was taken care of for a lifetime.I cannot express how happy my family and I were leaving the store with all our needs met and expectations exceeded! Shahida Hassan and Eve Vega, the sales representatives, were also very knowledgable, a big help, and provided great conversation and customer service as well.Overall, I would rate my experience 5 stars!! I will definitely be back soon for my men's wedding band. I won't be purchasing from anywhere but here! Thank you to the team at Jared in Lombard, IL for the awesome experience. Keep up the great work!

Through no fault of mine, I missed my recent scheduled jewelry appraisal. I explained that we scheduled this in advance to coincide with purchase exchange window timing, as well as insurance changes we are making. So, waiting for the appraiser to return in another month just wasn't going to cut it for us. The store manager understood and worked out with the appraiser to drive back into town the next day to complete our job. For our inconvenience, we got a small discount on the appraisal, too. We appreciate the effort made to insure we were satisfied. Other Jared stores should take note - Jared at Southlake Mall in Merrilville, are you listening???

Don’t go here if you don’t look like you have money. We had come in to look at engagement rings and the associates ignored us until we chose to walk out. At that point they finally stated someone who took the time to get himself some food that he planned to eat on the sales floor would be right with us. Needless to say we left.

My fiancé and I purchased our wedding bands during friends and family from the Aurora location. We spent $1900 on her band and received 20% off but decided to go into the Lombard location to view other options on the same day. We found a different band that went better with the engagement ring and was cheaper than the original band. We were told we would get the same friends and family discount of 20% and be able to get her band to line up with her engagement ring. The ring was $1710 but the 20% was never applied. Rich specifically said we would get 20% off. We remember him saying this because we even had to come in the next day because our sale at Aurora hadn’t even processed since it was purchased on the same day. He treated us poorly when we asked about the 20%. Seems like they just cared about the sale and forgot what said what he would honor. We recommend not going to this location.

The service we received from Rebecca at this Lombard location was extraordinary. She went above and beyond to make sure we got phenomenal service. Won't go anywhere else for future jewelry needs. Highly recommend this spot.

Rebecca has been exceptional to work with. She has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and just genuinely cared. I wish everyone in any service industry was like her. She should be managing or training the other employees there because they are far from her level of professionalism

I went to get my finger sized up since I was about to place a James Allen order. I was treated poorly by the staff. I’ll never recommend this jewelry store. Very unprofessional treatment given James Allen is in business with Jared And anyone should be treated nicely if you just want to know your ring size. Bad experience here.
