UNHAPPY CUSTOMERUsed them for a Few Years and Never Felt Like they Cared about You - spent $500+ each year and this Year had major Medical Issues the last 90-DAYS and made an appointment to drop my stuff off - and was Told you should Called me - MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FINISH YOUR TAXES BEFORE THE DEAD LINE. ?She said you should of CALLED or Dropped off Sooner. I said I'm the Customer and when I made the appointment days before you cought of Called me - I've been in/out of ER and The HOSPITAL the Last 90-DAYS and didn't need to here that from someone you spend good hard MONEY ?

Love coming here the older lady is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did not I was taking out way more money each check until she noticed a 5 which is taking way more. Highly recommend coming here.
