“I stay here about once a month. Everything is always the same and as expected for Hyatt. I just wish there was a microwave in the room. Even red roof in has a microwave in the room.”

“Our room was a little outdated, but clean and quiet. It was nice having a separate sitting room from the bedroom. Plenty of room to play board and card games. The open concept lobby was very impressive. We found ourselves just standing outside our room to appreciate the view several times. I am quite satisfied with our stay. Would stay again.”

“The only thing about this hotel is that when u're here for extended periods for ever reason get your house or apartment re-done they dont clean enought vacuum ing is only once a week or 9day you get breakfast andthe towels have to be taken to the service desk and when u are already taking care of a 5,6, or 7month old baby it all can become overwheming”

“I came to this hotel on the 4th of October at about 7pm the young lady at the front desk was nice to me and my son, I had just lost my place and I was really down she lifted my sprits.I came back with my family the next day and the gentleman couldn't even find our reservation it took him at lease 1hr.to get it right and my husband had to tell him what to do.”

“The people are great and the place is clean. WAY better than similar priced. Fast internet.
Rooms: Narrow entrance, a little dated.
Nearby activities: Big mall.
Safety: Not in a sketchy neighborhood.
Walkability: Can't walk to much. Maybe a Greek place about 200 yards away.
Food and drinks: Buffet type breakfast with pancakes, waffles, pastries, and breads. And normally a couple egg/sausage type options.
Just Door dash for lunch, dinner.
