Abrina W. was absolutely amazing and insightful. I would give her 6 stars if I could. I had a pretty difficult order to print out. She solved my problem and was extremely patient and polite. She was fast and the printouts are impressive. We truly need more people like her. It's rare you receive fantastic customer service these days. If she hasn't been promoted already, now is the time. Not even joking. Give her a raise. Thank you again!

Do not go here if u need help. Worst customer service ever. Tried to get something printed on a certificate paper they had in stock. They complained it would take 20 mins to receive. They said they closed soon so they couldn’t help without a specific file. Unbelievably disappointed.

Stepped in as I had some last minute prints. Fast service, and good customer service. They advised of the up-charge up front which I appreciated. Some won’t tell you up front. Would recommend.

I rarely ship anything from FedEx. I pay extra for UPS or USPS because of the continuous poor customer service from the guys at this FedEx. I don't take names and hope for improvement. I really don't care if they improve. I saved $15 on shipping an item this time, so I endured what I knew was coming: Either they treat me like cattle or they're just negative.

I visited this location on Saturday 8/13/22 needing assistance with my place cards. My event was 8/14/22 and I was delayed in getting them printed. I explained my situation to Sarah at this location. She was compassionate and understanding and told me we will get it done and that I did not need to panic. Customer service is so hard to come by nowadays. Sarah demonstrated compassion and understand which the world needs more of. My place cards were ready an hour before the time promised. I want to recognize Sarah for an AMAZING job taking care of me. I highly recommend this location.

This branch representatives are very dishonest he promises me the delivery in 3 days but it takes 8 days.
