If you are into e-commerce and you have to send packages with dry-ice, then think about it twice. They will not ship your package. They will be accepted for later on calling you to tell you to return to pick up your parcel because they will not send it to the destination.

FedEx’s money back guarantee is a shame and a blatant lie. I’ve paid more than $100 to express the mail and was promised delivery in 1-3 days and I kid you not they took 2 weeks to deliver the package. The worst part of it was they didn’t even honor the money back guarantee. Very disappointed customer and will never use them again ever.
