First time small business owner. Jack at Elevate was absolutely wonderful to work with. Top-notch customer service. Every email I sent was replied to same day or the next day (very important when there are a lot of moving parts to starting a small business). As this was my first, Jack helped me design a sign that not only looked great but filled the space as much as possible for maximum visibility - producing several renderings until I could decide. He stayed in touch with my contractor to make sure all specifications were met prior to installation. Installation was on time and as scheduled. The results look exactly like the rendering. If you’re a small business owner and this is your first time -Jack/Elevate is an excellent choice.

I had the most amazing experience with Jack White, Oliwia Lazinska, and the install team at Elevate Sign Group. Jack really took the time to understand my vision for the awning and window vinyls and was willing to create multiple mock-ups until I was in love with the final design. Each time I had an on-site appointment, the team showed up on-time, kept me informed on their process so I could sign-off on decisions, and they even let me know when there would be good opportunities to take installation videos for the store's social media. Their signs added the perfect finishing touch to the store and I couldn't be happier!

I don't really write a lot of reviews but the service and product that we received from Heron was off the charts. We opened our brand new office a few months ago and have been working with Heron from initial design, to permitting, to the final install. Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side.The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, CN is fixing a vinyl wrap that I personally made a mistake creating. Five stars.

They come exactly at the dates and times they say they will be there.Mr. Marcin is prompt with his responding emails.They give exact pictures and drafts of what the new signs will look like and are fast with responses.There was a minor problem with the logo not originally lighting up, and the electrician came in and fixed it in no time. He was courteous and helpful with the questions I had regarding the sign.Costs are actually LOWER than a couple other places I called around, and I feel lucky that they not only have great prices, but are such a professional company.I have already referred friends to Comet Neon.Thank you!
