Went for a basic ear checkup. Made sure to ask if it was covered by my insurance which they assured me it was. Then I started receiving invoices of $260+ and when I tried to call them multiple times I never got a call back. Never going here again.

Worst receptionist department!My daughter broke her toe before going to school and had an appointment to see Dr. Eric Hal Meshulam. I have seen him myself personally in other facility and he is a great podiatrist.The issue was with the front desk staff. Very rude and I have never had any interaction that was like this with any staff member, specially in the front desk. If you have an appointment with Dr. Meshulam avoid this facility!I had to take out my daughter from school, drive 30min to this facility and I got a little lost took the wrong turn etc. so yes I have to admit it was as my fault I was 14min late on the dot late. And waiting in line to check in (people in front of me) for two more minutes so now it would be 16min. And the lady that had long braided hair said he won’t see my daughter. I said can you ask him? One lady said ok and the one with the braids went with her not sure why, maybe to stop her from asking but the point being they came back and said No! Not sure they even asked. Well that has never happened to me. Usually I arrive and sometimes I have to wait on him. One day one I waited over an hour and the staff apologized and said he was running behind that day, and I was ok no worries. And this time they could not help me! And my daughter has a broken toe I want to know if she is ok. We can’t walk as fast etc. I was so frustrated and the lady kept being unkind.Before when I was waiting to talk to the receptionist I also heard a gentlemen say this two lady’s at the front are the worst not helpful at all. And they seem to have a bad attitude. So at least it was not personal not just me being treated rudely and un helped. Another person came to ask what appointment he had to see the correct one on file and again she was rude told him to sit and that he will be seen soon. Not clarifying his question. With again an attitude.I had a terrible interaction with mostly just one lady the long braided hair. I could tell the other one wanted to help but the other one kept directing her and telling her No. As soon as I was checking inn she told her No he is not seeing her!So AVOID this facility make sure you make appointment in another facility!

Oh my God! Horrible place. They'll rip you off big time! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They charged almost $700 for my daughter's checkup. I'd give them -5 stars if I could. 2 claims for 1 visit...the doctor charged me on 1 claim and the facility on the other. I hope you go out of business!!!! I filed a BBB complaint also.Also wait times are way too HIGH. Had to wait over 45 minutes! Why do you even need an appointment if you can't get seen on time!

Waited only 3 minutes. I like the fact that everything is done in one room instead of moving from room to room. My nurse was wonderful and very considerate.

Quick check in process, minimal wait time, professional staff. Imaging tech went out of her way to allow me to have both imaging orders taken care of on the same day so I didn't have to come back.

I will never go to this location again! There was no wait at all because no one was there and I can see why. I had a cough and was spitting up green phlegm so I made an appointment. About the only care I received was my temperature taken, no fever. Of course the first question is do I want a covid test or did I already take one at home, answered no to both questions. I've had bronchitis many times in the past so pretty sure that's what it was. They wanted to do a chest x-ray but not prescribe an antibiotic, asked if I wanted a cough medicine. I received the bill in the mail yesterday, $840.00!!!! Insurance covered $346.00 and total adjustments, whatever that means, was $296.04 which leaves my portion of the bill due $197.43 for getting my temperature taken!

I arrived at 8am, and I was out at 8:40am! The ladies that did the ultrasound were very nice, and courteous!! I couldn't ask for anymore!!!

I had several tests the day I went, Everything went very smoothly with no down time between tests, The staff was caring, explained every test, and the follow up with the nurse was very professional and informative.
