I went to Eddie Bauer's Yorktown store today and had the best experience. I was helped by a young man named Ahmed and this guy is a delight. Welcoming, friendly, energetic, he absolutely made my day. I got a great deal on a sunhat and an uplifting experience!

After having gone to a few places prior to, I wasn’t expecting to find anything in my size or a style I’d like but I got pretty lucky. It was even on sale to boot! The young ladies that helped me were really attentive and took care of me. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer care I received that day, especially after the Holliday rush. I’ll definitely be back in the warmer months for outdoor gear.

Great customer service during a busy holiday season. I was having trouble finding a jacket that fit my broad shoulders and was about to give up. The sales clerk saw I was having issues and pulled a jacket out that I had missed. It fit perfect and it was on sale for a great price point.

Customer derive is terrible at this location. Called to ask a question about their return policy. They told me with tags and receipt you can return but since they were torn after putting them on can’t return. I asked to speak to a manager and I was put on hold. After waiting for over 10 mins I hung up. Called back and they didn’t answer call.

Sign up for their rewards program! Their clearance section and sales are totally worth it. If a price of something seems high, can always wait a few weeks for an even better sale. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Associates Amy and Elizabeth always go above and beyond. They are helpful to find sizes.

This stores staff is always nice. Greets you in and greets you out. They usually have 3-4 employees in the store. Always well-stocked with merchandise. No XS sizes for guys, but sometimes, I can find an S that fits. Definitely check their clearance section!Always run into the same employee, and she is super nice and helpful. Clothes are nicely folded and the store is very clean. If you're worried about prices, try to come in during season changes and get some nice discounts.
