It doesn’t have enough water or some machines don’t spy enough and the clothes are soaked in water. And expensive you know that.. you have to use the machine twice

Closed up at 7pm on a Thursday night despite hours saying open til 9. Really inconvenient having to find another laundromat after work like that.

I left my clothes to be washed with Amparo and I picked them up the next day and I was missing 2 pants and 1 sweater. I went to talk to her and she denied everything and I had taken note of the clothes I left

I go here to wash bedding. Always clean, ample machines. You can get in and out quickly.
Dryers take a couple cycles to completely dry but other than that good facility.

I'm kinda in between on this. I have gone to a hand ful of laundromats in the Chicagoland area weekly. This particular laundromat is pretty good with the washers but dryers are lacking and a bit on the expensive side. But overall clean and attendant is always on duty. I've never seen someone clean the dryer vents though.

Placed an online order for pick-up by 6pm on Saturday (2/10) - ordered confirmed with confirmation number and they have my credit card number. Started calling when they did not show by end-time for pick-up. Calls went directly to a recording stating they were busy. This morning a very gracious lady apologized and was able to complete the request of my original order. Thank you to her! She was outstanding!

Very disappointed. Very expensive, a lot of broken and dirty machines. Not a place I where I would want to wash my own clothes. Won't go back there.

If I could give Eastgate Laundry 100 stars..that still would be short of stars!!!I looked online and read the reviews so we decided to take our only 2 comforters over and hopefully get them back before bedtime. they laundered both then shrink wrapped them, tagged them with our info and then sent me a text that they were ready for pickup. The place was spotless, attendant onsite. Couldn't be happier!!!e.

I LOVE IT, beautiful machines that actually work unlike other places, clean areas, and most importantly there was a bathroom.
