Best tire shop in Chicagoland bar none.
Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?
Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.

This review is long overdue. I've been taking my car to DuPage Tire & Auto for almost 6 years when I purchased a used vehicle and found out the original owner had the vehicle serviced there. Recently that car was totaled when someone went through a red light and hit my car so I had to find a replacement. I am grateful to Kyle for making sure the replacement vehicle is running good.

It's customer service from start to finish. Honest work, detailed explanations, no up selling or pushy tactics. Felt comfortable leaving my vehicles in their hands from day one. Finding a reliable and knowledgeable auto shop in a new town can be tough. But DuPage Tire and Auto will eliminate that worry if you give them a chance to help you out.

They will clearly explain the diagnosis with you so that you can make an informed decision. Their service is reasonable and thorough, explaining to you in simple terms, all throughout the entire process. Kyle is second generation owner, and is a wealth of knowledge. Price is soon forgotten, quality and service is long remembered.

When our Ram dealer failed to fix our tricky exhaust manifold issue (after charging us $2300), I reached out to my long-time shop DuPage Tire & Auto. Even though we now live quite far away, I was willing to travel farther and had faith that they could fix it. They did not disappoint. After 3 days, they were able to tackle the difficult repair and finally get the truck running properly--avoiding future more costly repairs to the engine. Thank you to the DuPage T&A team!

DO NOT have your vehicle towed here after they are closed for the day. It will sit IN A PITCH-DARK, UNLIT, UNSAFE parking lot all night!!!! I told my tow truck driver to not leave it there in a pitch-dark parking lot. He towed it down the street to a nice, well-lit, BRIGHT parking lot, and left it there. Thanks for reading!
