Listen to the reviews. Called for help with an urgent referral and receptionist was rather rude, insensitive, and unhelpful.

I made a payment using my debit card with a billing representative to pay off my account. I never received any type of confirmation or receipt of my payment. The money was taken from my bank account, but not reflected in my Duly account. I called and talked with multiple representatives who informed that no record of my payment could be found and that I needed to send proof from my bank. I am going to find another health care provider after this experience, because I feel like they are giving me a hard time for doing my due diligence to pay my account in full and not owe them any money. They are all out for money and are scammers.

Went to this lab location Saturday along 20 other patients. Sign said opens at 8am. We waited some time and no one showed up for work. Nice

When this place was DuPage, it was really good. Ever since Duly took over it's a case study in how to do everything greedily and wrong. Incorrect coding/billing issues, 3-4 month wait times for bacterial infections (unless you want urgent care, which they always try and push on you), but 1-2 week wait, according to scheduling services, for anything routine (I'm presuming for billing purposes since that is literally what you will talk about more than anything else with them). Literally a verbal fight every single time you want to schedule ANYTHING at their call centers (which don't because they are useless and frustrating - just talk to local office, assuming call center doesn't hang up on you). Also, last but not least understaffing what used to be a well-staffed office. Beyond Shameful.

My first and last experience at duly health…. I came here for a traumatic injury to my elbow and shoulder mind you my elbow is 3 times the normal size and clearly appears to be not aligned correctly Dr.Ivy performed X-rays and sent me for mri saying that I may require surgery for both due to the paperwork not being written properly there was a delay In approval for mri which I had to return to Dr. Ivy to resolve paper work and reschedule mri he instead asked my why I was still in a sling ( that’s clearly because I was still in pain) he removed the sling looked at my elbow which was clearly swollen and not aligned and told me he will not set up another mri and instead wrote a note to my job I was clear to work with no restrictions. I explained I was in pain and could not move my arm properly he said I should be fine by now and left the room.. So I went to another orthopedic hospital which clearly seen a problem performed mri and diagnosed my tendon ruptured and tricep torn In 3 locations also due to the time delay with Dr.Ivy my tendon no longer could be repaired it had to be replaced with a graph. I am highly upset with this facility for this my life was altered in many ways I hope who reads this take heed and stay clear away I recommend this place to no one!!

Very Poor customer service.Our visit was submitted under wrong code to insurance.Nurses at register don`t know how to arrange access to the account for new patients.It was our first and last visit to DULY facility.

Drs are great. Staff are absolutely useless. They hang up on you, they don’t return your calls. I’m beyond disappointed since Duly took over. I’m taking my entire family somewhere else.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I had to take off multiple days off work to get these appointments and both times they've canceled. The first the doctor they assigned me didn't even work for them anymore, the second time they canceled on me. It's extremely hard to take off work. Don't go to any duly health center.

My experience there was good. I had no problem with nobody there. The person at the desk is helpful. Since l been going there l have not have any problems.

Dr. Russo has always been willing to work with me for my constant hip bursitis pain. He has given me the shots as often as possible and we have discussed a few surgical options. He’s very gentle however the procedure does significantly hurt but generally it’s a short and there’s nothing he can do about that. He gives me plenty of time while we talk through my exams and my current course of treatment. Again with the duly health care I have not had excessive weight times in the lobby or in the treatment rooms. I don’t know if this is just good Scheduling and a good flow of patients through the office so that doctors actually have time to spend with the patients. It’s not just like conveyor belt of who’s next.Who’s next. Even if I did have to wait for a while I would like to think that it is because he is taking the same amount of time with the patient who could be new and nervous and in the same manner of thinking he could be taking extra time with me for my concerns.
