horrible place ! left my eyebrows uneven , and i asked her if she could just do a clean up and i ended getting really thin eyebrows! i got cut multiple times , im not really picky with places but i really didn’t like this place. overall horrible eyebrow threading but amazing workers

I’ve been getting my lips waxed for years and I never have issues with my skin being ripped. This one woman waxed me left the wax on too long and it ripped my skin on my upper lip. She proceeded to tell me “my skin is sensitive” which is a lie I’ve waxed before that’s never happened to me. IBeyond pissed and now I have open wounds on myUpper lip. Oh and I have somewhere nice to be tomorrow. I’m pissed

I went here because 6 years ago when I lived around there it was my go to place Today not so much ! Lady was alone why!? Everyone waiting also no AC and no Music just dead silence .. not enjoyable also lady threading pulls hair really slowly making the process more painful I don't recommend it here

I just returned to Delicacy Beauty Salon to get my eyebrows done after trying to maintain them myself for the last 2 years. I got my eyebrows done from Ushma and she did a FANTASTIC job. Ushma was very thorough and asked me for directions before she proceeded. She took it upon herself to look at my eyebrows from a few angles before letting me know her suggestions. She was able to pick out exactly where I thought I needed extra shaping and what to leave alone. She asked me for my approval and welcomed feedback before she took the thread to my face. I was literally so amazed at the customer service that I complimented her. She said "you know, eyebrows are such an important thing for a woman and when you don't feel great about it, I know what that feels like so I always take my time and make sure I get it right. I have been coming here for over 10 years and love it. Until today, whoever the women is that works on Sundays just basically took off half of my left eyebrow and after I asked her what happened she told me my eyebrow was already “thin” on that side. I will never be back.Service: Eyebrow threading
