They hire old racist white men who follow me around acting like I'm trying to steal because I am a minority. I won't be spending my money there anytime soon again. Third time already. Tonight the employee, working inventory was standing right next to me as I was using the automated cash machine that I only use to unload my excess coins.

For months now they have making me run out of my medication because of the unique moral turpitude of the pharmacist dispensing it for me. He's verbally stated that he wants me to run out of my medication before he will refill it. And he has done this several times. He has made my doctor call in several times and doesn't even listen to his advice. He gives me unsolicited advice and treats me like a child while asking me why I'm taking other medications in my file which is not even pertinent to the situation. They deny manufacturer's coupons, make me pay out of pocket for things that the manufacturer would have paid for, make me wait an over an hour long line while I'm in absolute agony because I just had back surgery, always lose my prescriptions, always send me back to the drop off line, and every CVS I have been to repeat these policies as if it's written in their employee handbook. I've called corporate a couple times and CVS is still one of the worst places on Earth. It's listed as "HELL ON EARTH" in my telephone. I would love to change but my insurance company will only allow me to fill certain medications through them! Hopefully my insurance company will drop them as they did in another state. I am in California and awaiting this blessing!

The store is good but the photo part needs work. Don’t order photo magnets. They’re just a photo stuck on a magnet not even lined up properly.

If you come here to pick up your prescription and you end up needing to wait for it, be wary about looking around the store. CVS employees will follow you around, call security and assume you’re trying to steal from them. Disgusting actions from the employees here.

Did not have RX ordered from hospital. Went back and still don’t have it. Called Walgreens and guess what ? They have it, I’m done with CVS

Several times I have had to go to a different CVS pharmacy location because they have zero or limited stock of my prescription. I reduced my previous rating because of that. Wait times are also long for pick up when they do have my items. Go further west on Roosevelt and visit that location!

Absolutely terrible. Everything is on back order but they don’t tell you until you go to try and pick it up. I had surgery and they couldn’t fill my pain medication. We were told they were reaching out to the doctor. I tried multiple times to get thru but my calls were not picked up. I sent my husband up right before 8 and they said the doctor never called back. Had they communicated this it could have been taken care of but we were left out of the loop until it was too late. So now I am frantically calling other pharmacy chains to try and get it filled so the doctor on call can get thru to someone. Luckily we found one who has the medication. The other was medication for anxiety. It’s been a week. The other pharmacy has that as well. Needless to say it we will be switching all of our prescriptions I could be a little understanding had they communicated but they left it to us.

Worst CVS experience ever!!! AZHER FATIMA CASHIER #1457623 started yelling at me when I went back in to ask why an app coupon didn't come off my total. she yelled back "YOU COUPONERS NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR COUPONS GO THROUGH IT IS NOT MY JOB TO CHECK ALL YOUR COUPONS COME OFF BEFORE YOU PAY! CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASK THEM WHY YOUR COUPON DIDN'T COME OFF ITS THEIR APP AND I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!"I had to tell her it was not my fault as she lazily decided to scan one item twice assuming both items were the same causing the coupon for the item she decided not to scan to not come off. let me tell you she kept her rude tone of voice throughout the whole interaction just to tell me I was getting her wrong when I kept telling her there is no reason for her to yell at me and be rude as I went in nicely questioning why something didn't show in my receipt.Her attitude and response to go and call the customer service # leads me to believe there is no action taken on behalf of their customer care #. I am not looking for anything free just for respect for myself and for others. I don't think it's fair for people to assume you are something you are not and to just be treated like a criminal for asking a question.Please stand up for yourself and do not let this rude cashier treat you like you are less than anyone because you decide to use the APP they are providing for you. (trust me if I wanted better prices I would go to target as CVS is way overpriced but for the convenience of going in and out fast I go to CVS but never again)(Also, she decided to bring her mask off so she could apparently yell at me better and I was faced with her teeth full of food stuck in them which was really disturbing.)

I moved to the area a few months ago and changed my prescription to be filled at this CVS because it is the closest to my home. Since I started using this pharmacy my prescription has not been filled on time. I have had to call every month to get a status. When you call you should expect a long hold. This month they shared that my prescription is on back order and it may not be filled for months. I have always used CVS and never consistently experienced issues like this.

It is literally impossible to get to the pharmacist. All I get is recorded messages unrelated to my issue. I want them to know to not put my prescription back on the shelf. Can I talk to someone? Hell no. I’ll probably lose my prescription
