I go to CVS 2 to 3 times a week. I enjoy shopping there and the employees are great. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable. Thank you CVS.

For months now they have making me run out of my medication because of the unique moral turpitude of the pharmacist dispensing it for me. He's verbally stated that he wants me to run out of my medication before he will refill it. And he has done this several times. He has made my doctor call in several times and doesn't even listen to his advice. He gives me unsolicited advice and treats me like a child while asking me why I'm taking other medications in my file which is not even pertinent to the situation. They deny manufacturer's coupons, make me pay out of pocket for things that the manufacturer would have paid for, make me wait an over an hour long line while I'm in absolute agony because I just had back surgery, always lose my prescriptions, always send me back to the drop off line, and every CVS I have been to repeat these policies as if it's written in their employee handbook. I've called corporate a couple times and CVS is still one of the worst places on Earth. It's listed as "HELL ON EARTH" in my telephone. I would love to change but my insurance company will only allow me to fill certain medications through them! Hopefully my insurance company will drop them as they did in another state. I am in California and awaiting this blessing!

i always have a great experience in the pharmacy. everybody is extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. plus- the lines are never bad :)

This CVS store very rarely if ever answers their phone. No matter what time of the day, I have yet to get my call answered after waiting more than 10 minutes trying daily for the last few weeks

Got 2nd COVID booster. Have to say, even with a needle phobia, the woman who administered the shot was excellent, and this time my arm wasn't sore for days like the first 3 times.

Everytime I call to ask a question (which is maybe three times in my life) i sit on hold with this cvs for over 20 minutes. I have to switch a prescription here not by choice and I hate it. What could they possibly be doing that they always have a 20+ minute wait for their phone calls??

Received a text the prescription would be ready after 7 pm. Drove there the next day, waited 22 minutes in the drive through lane, that's over 5 minutes per car - only to be told the prescription WASN'T ready. And that wasn't the first time!AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST! They have too many prescriptions and not enough reliable employees to handle them! Not to mention an inept notification service! AVOID!

Here again. "Come back in an hour and we'll have it ready". 90 minutes later. Still not ready. "It'll be filled in five minutes."Not quite sure how, since there's no one actually working filling anything, everyone's at the counter not filling anyone's anything. All while "Two pharmacy calls" just repeats continuously over the speaker like some hellscape metronome of inefficiency. Someone else just told their script getting "finished up", while I'm standing here. Still no one actually doing any filling of anything.

This is the worst run retail establishment I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Every. Single. Time. I. Come. Here. There. Is. A. Problem. I am canceling my prescriptions today.I was just on hold for 17 min to for a 3 second interaction. The only reason I made the dumb decision to call is because I KNOW you will disappoint me if I were to come in when you said the RX would be ready. The incompetence doesn't stop in the pharmacy. I will absolutely never get a photo printed here again either. I had to walk over and grab the photo off of a tray after arguing about the fact that it was there and not under the counter somewhere. Do you take any sort of pride in your business? You are literally the worst. Do better.
