We have been a customer at the 1210 S. Main St. Lombard branch for many years. Every time we visit this branch, the team always provides great customer service. Simply Terrible! The Endian manager must go! No courtesy. Have to call at least a couple of times to get her to call back. Then she would show no courtesy to customers.

Raluca Orasanu is the head concierge banker at the Lombard location and she is the best at what she does. I had a complicated transaction and she guided me thru it and made sure everything went well. Iam very pleased with her services and recommend her to every client of citi bank.

Do not ever do business with citibank.Specifically this branch.I called this bank and have left them several messages regarding my stolen credit card and banking help but have not received a call back.Is this really how you treat your customer service by never returning their phone calls?

Such a shame when you go to this branch for help when someone writes you a bad check & they make you feel like you were the thief. The branch mgr says to me "why did you deposit the check when you were told it was a bad check" Seriously? Yes I was told the day after I received the check it was bad & I had already done a mobile deposit. Long time customer, never bounced a check in my life. : (

Do not walk, run from this bank. This locations ATM ate the money my mom deposited on Christmas Eve. Things happen & malfunction..we understand that. It spit out a receipt that had her call customer service so she did just that. 10 different phone calls, one rep claimed she couldn’t hear us, one supervisor hung up on her, spent about 5 hours total trying to get a provisional credit so that she could finish her Christmas shopping and pay a bill. All for them to tell her there was no way to credit it from a GL until the machine would be balanced to obtain her money. I work for a bank & know the process in situations such as this especially when funds are limited these days with Covid. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Shame on you Citibank for not being customer service oriented & hanging up on people who are asking you to help them, especially on Christmas Eve! Will warn every person to not bank here
