DO NOT GO HERE: SCAM Doctors are very corrupt and seek to overcharge with every visit. I visited this clinic in 2019, I was charged a large amount out of pocket and then was required to pay again for a follow up requested by the doctor. Fast forward to today in 2021 I received a call saying that I owe them a large sum of money that will now be sent to collections although I was never notified about the outstanding balance until 2 years later.

The staff and doctors do not wear masks. I am dumbfounded how a medical office can get away with this during a pandemic, but this is the 2nd time in as many weeks that I have been in the waiting hallway between Chicago Immediate Care and our dentist/ortho and the staff isn't wearing a mask and the doctors aren't either. When I said to a staff member this morning, "I don't understand how you guys are getting away with not wearing masks", she looked at me and then ignored my question and continued into the office.

I was seeing Josie George at the lisle location, they weirdly closed out of no where so I came to Lombard to see her, then she disappeared and I was told she was no longer working with them . She was always kind to me, so it was a bummer. Seen Gerald cerniak twice, good lord idk where to begin with this man. His bedside manner is beyond horrible, he is always completely uninterested in anything you have to say , and today he went on a screaming rant , cussed me out and said he didn’t care if I died from not getting my meds. I have never had a doctor speak to me anywhere near as bad as he did and for no reason at all. This guy needs his license revoked , also they’re overcharging patients. Seeking a lawyer currently to look into how I was done. Be warned of how corrupt this doctor is before you step foot in this place.

Been here twice. Unprofessional staff and VERY VERY SLOW PROCESS for no reason!!! Plus Dr. Cerniak was very hard person to communicate with!

Triple charged 8 months got 1 refund. Owe one more ... They Charged cash, Said won't take my insurance. Then collected from my insurance...as well.... Shikra ...book keeping. Had dragged on and lied to me 10x... Very unprofessional and not sure about how legal that is with insurance ? Service ok.. super old and retired doctor.. nice guy but repeated him self 5x... Its the lies, avoidance and double charges that gets you a 1 star and soon legal action.

The Lombard location is a joke. Please don't go here. Dr. Cerniak was extremely rude and refused to wear a mask to see me...even made me take my mask off perhaps to make a political point (very unsettling). I just needed a routine urine analysis done and he said it wasn't necessary even though I was charged $140 since they were out of network w/ my insurance. I was told I would get the results in 4-5 business days. A week went by and I called. They told me I had to drive 45mins to Lincolnwood to get my test results and that they couldn't give it to me over the phone. I have never heard of this nonsense?! Thank goodness I have a primary care physician and can just go to him but will never make the mistake of going here b/c I thought it would be convenient.

The staff was okay. The older doctor was terrible. No eye contact no explanations he’s not approachable at all. Didn’t even ask if I had any questions it was a quick 2 minute dictation and left the room.... left confused. Not LGBT+ friendly, just his tone of voice I felt judged. Hated the whole experience I wish I would of gone elsewhere as I had to pay $50 for blood tests on one visit and just get results another $50. Which whatever but $50 to see this doctor for a minute and not answer any of my questions? Not worth it.

Terrible terrible terrible service. The door says open at 10am and the receptionist was such a rude person to deal with. She kept yelling and physically pushing patients out of the doorway while they were asking why the clinic wasn’t open. She pushed and yelled at 5 patients as they were waiting outside. Kept saying she didn’t care and telling them to “learn to read” even though the sign said open at 10am and this all happened at 3pm “go on the website, I don’t have time I have work to do”. Never have I seen such awful behavior from any medical office or any place in the service business ever in my life. I witnessed this first hand this morning as multiple patients were yelled at and humiliated by this receptionist or whoever she was. I am just utterly shocked. Do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from this place. 0 stars if possible. The owners and management should be ashamed.

For the love of God, please do not visit this clinic. We've been to this clinic only once to get some stitches removed for my husband. The doctor did not have the correct scissors to remove the stitches so she said to go elsewhere. They literally gave us a bandaide and some Neosporin for his nose. Two years later, we are still getting bills from them saying we owe hundreds of dollars. Hundreds of dollars for a band aide and Neosporin? If you call them, the ladies that work there are incompetent. They will bill you for everything and it's fraudulent.

This place called me to do a school physical for my daughter as she has gone in for another matter a few months ago. I sent my daughter there with my au pair and they refused to see her because I wasn't there. I sent my drivers license and insurance card and offered to sign a typical waiver. Getting no where with the person answering the phone he transferred me to the doctor. Very unpleasant man. Gerald Ceniak. At one point in the conversation he actually asked me what kind of mother allows her 14 year old daughter to go to a physical with a babysitter? A Truly woke individual. I'm a divorced working mom who travels for her job which is why I have a full time child care provider. I tried to explain to him that I've never had trouble being out of town before but he could not get his mind around an alternate solution. The man was so arrogant and ignorant, I certainly wouldn't ever allow him to see any of my four children, I can only imagine he is practicing exactly as he did 40 years ago in the age of the dinosaurs when working mothers were looked down upon. We will take our business elsewhere Dr. Ceniak to someone who is living in this century and understands that medical policies and best practice need to stay with the times.
