If your depositing for a business, you have to show id or as the teller states if someone knew and recognized you, it wouldn't be necessary to show id. I think she was just making stuff up as she went along .

I don’t have time to play games. I want to withdraw money to pay rent, amount is there no problem. Chip on card is not working, don’t ever use the card, not damaged no need to replace. Have my ID with hole punch but in renewal process with Illinois dmv, not my problem the state of Illinois doesn’t issue physical cards the same day. Says because my chip isn’t working I can’t get the money and my ID is expired. I have a CCL, a voters card, the ID the app on my phone with account and routing number and still no dice unless the chip works?!? Grossly unprofessional, it’s me hell or high water I’m getting that rent paid it’s my money I work 55 hours a week to earn it. Not a fan chase, you blew a huge investment account on my part and also continue to provide the bare bones if it wasn’t a hassle to switch so much around I’d leave.

I don’t know what it is but every time I go to this branch, it’s not often , I always get fun and engaging dialogue with the staff there. I attribute that to quality management. Today I didn’t get what I wanted but when I left I felt satisfied.

Mustafa helped me to open up two teen checking accounts yesterday. He was accommodating although I only made an appointment for one. He was professional, quick, and friendly. He helped my girls set up saving goals on their app and even helped link their account to Apple pay. I highly recommend going to him for any banking needs!

Nice chase Bank at the corner of Roosevelt and Highland avenue.Staff there are very nice and helpful. Made me go back to them even though it was out of the way.They have 2 or 3 drive through ATM's which offer full service.
