I needed to replace a sprinkler head that had been cut in half by a lawnmower, and the only indication I had of what had been there was an unfamiliar code on a blueprint. Several other supply places were not helpful when I called. They were either uninterested or unable to help. Central Turf and Irrigation Supply was able to quickly decipher what I needed over the phone, and confirm that they had it in stock. When I arrived, they educated me on available options, shared their recommendations, gave me insights to make installation and maintenance easier, and answered all of my questions in a courteous, friendly manner. They even taught me how to adjust all of the features on the sprinkler head. I could not have been more pleased with their customer service. Despite my questions, the process only took 15 min. I compared the their prices to online retailers and Central Turf's prices were much less than what I found online for the same product. I plan on returning to Central Turf and Irrigation Supply for my future irrigation needs, and I recommend you save yourself time, money, and frustration by doing the same.
