Carriage Animal Hospital has disappointed me and, most of all, failed my dog on multiple levels. My dog had a history of Cushing's disease, which had once required surgery that cost me $10,000. For years, no one at the clinic ever mentioned or monitored this condition, and I was unaware that it could relapse. My dog was treated for everything but Cushing's disease. I paid for expensive antibiotics and repeated tests, yet no one ever suggested testing for Cushing's, despite my dog's history.
After her first-ever seizure, I took my dog to the vet (following a visit to the emergency hospital) and paid $500 for tests. The results were telephoned to me on Friday, at which point the vet finally suggested further testing for Cushing's. However, being a Friday, we had to wait until the following week to proceed. My dog didn't make it. She spent Saturday night in the emergency room, enduring multiple visits, with the last one being her final visit.
My dog suffered greatly due to the lack of proper monitoring, despite her known medical history. I spent thousands of dollars at Carriage Animal Hospital, and after all the years I had been going there, they didn't even bother to offer a sympathy call or send a card after her passing. What a shame. They don't care about the dogs-they only care about business.
All my life, I prioritized my dog's comfort, doing everything I could to prevent any pain or suffering. She was let down. She was deeply failed. Please make a wiser choice. There are better places out there. Don't let your dog suffer like mine did. I live with that memory and guilt, and it never goes away.

I loved this Clinic because of Dr Sekowski, I was always recommending it to all my friends until I was being taken cared by Dr. Elizabeth Manna. My dog was vomiting for almost a month and we spend overall $800 at this clinic without receiving proper help. Dr.Manna was brushing it off saying it’s allergies and trying to sell food, expensive oils, unnecessary tests, instead of prescribing proper medications. I appreciate that Dr. Zuzanna called me with sincere apologies, however I did change my clinic and I got right away, a dewormer and antibiotics and paid 1/3 of the price. Not to mention my dog after a month of suffering got instantly better. Dr. Manna should think about working in sales instead of pretending that she cares for animals.
