My son just suffered a large crack necessitating a windshield replacement on a drive up from the southeast. Had to get it replaced before he turned around to head back, and that was done with 2 days notice.
The two man team that replaced the window were quite clearly proficient and efficient. After they left, the second team arrived to calibrate the lane departure sensors, also a knowledgeable and competent team.
