Always have had great service at this location for years. The banker Patricia helped me today, as in the past, she is friendly, patient, and explains things really well. All the tellers are always really nice also. :)

Patricia has been so helpful to me. Whenever I come in and need assistance she always is so kind and very informative. I’m very happy and relieved to be able to come in to this branch and get great service from a professional like her.

Went there this morning to open up a checking account and the bank teller would not except my Driver license paper, she stated I had to wait until the actual copy come in the mail. I presented my passport nor did she accept it. Horrible communication skills….They pick and choose who to accommodate.

Terrible terrible bank. I moved money from my savings account into the checking account- so they closed my account after 5 days. This meant that the direct deposit set up to go to the savings account in day 7 was sent to a closed bank account. I had to track this down through payroll processing to finally get my money.Another time, despite having a cashiers check, it took 10 days for my deposit to become available.And now my debit card gets declined every time I try to buy groceries.I’ll be closing my accounts at BMO today and returning to Chase. Never should have left.

This BMO location is probably the worst I have ever been to. They pick and choose when to be accommodating. I have been going to this location since April of this year and every single week I have done a money order through the drive through. Today I went as usual and before I could even finish my sentence the teller Joyce rudely interrupted me stating they could only do money orders inside the lobby. Every single other BMO location I have been to has helped me with money orders through the drive thru. I would have happily gone inside the lobby to do this, but this specific time I had my child and thought it would be easier on the both of us if I just gone through the drive thru. I explained this to Joyce in which she brushed me off and said she’s “been with BMO for a while” and never done this via drive thru. Frustrated, I left and went to the BMO in glen ellyn where they not only happily helped me with my money order in the drive thru but even WAVED the $5 fee for money orders bc I had told them my frustrations at the Lombard location. I, myself, work in customer service and go out of my way to accommodate anyone that needs it. Now if someone were disabled and unable to come into the building for said money order, please do not go to this location bc as said by Joyce “under no circumstances are they allowed to do money orders through the drive thru”. This experience is making me consider withdrawing my accounts with BMO, which I have had for close to 10 years.
