Great place for affordable furniture. One of my favorite places to go for something new! Though I wish certain things weren't being discontinued, thats not the stores fault, and the staff id very friendly.

After two months of usage, one of the legs of bed frame was broken. Warranty is only for 14 days!!! And the product is not sturdy. I am not sure that part is in their inventory

Store was clean, employees were kind and helpful, and picking up my item from the warehouse 20 mins away was super easy. Prices were super reasonable and even better with their Black Friday sale of 30% off. Definitely recommend!

Not only are their products not quality, their customer service is not kind or helpful.We purchased a dining set in April of 2022 and by October of 2022, one of the chairs had cracked underneath with about 90 hours of standard use. They have not been able to offer a replacement chair or parts, and have only offered us to buy 4 new chairs at a cost of $172 plus shipping. They do not stand behind their products.

I have been shopping here for more than 7 years here and there. As mentioned in my original review. 5 years ago. They have acceptable quality and acceptable prices. In my last encounter how ever, I realized they do not share all the sale info.And I got screwed. They don’t have a single sign anywhere to say sales are final!!! Not even the sale person mentioned once, just on the receipt that you get “after” purchase. To make the matter worse, they don’t mention some of their products have hazardous material.We purchased a nice mirror and before installing I saw this large warning sign for cancerous material in the back. When I took the mirror back for return they didn’t take it back. They didn’t even accept to give me store credit, since I need outdoor furniture and other stuff, I was planning to spend a lot more. When I explained I have a one year old and can not have this in his room. Answer was try selling it on eBay.So they were willing to lose a long term customer who spent over $3000 over the years for $199 mirror. And also lost my 5 star.My review 5 years ago, 5 star “Cheap furniture with acceptable quality”

I went to look for furniture and stopped at Baxton with my sister and fell in love with this daybed but at that time I didn't get it but advised I would be back. I went back last month and I not only purchased a daybed but some mattresses and also a table with 4 chairs. Now I can't say I wasn't told but was told that they wouldn't be delivering inside it will be curbside due to Covid. Now I completely understand when Covid was at an all time high but now things have changed. Also the delivery drivers can wear a mask. I wasn't real clear on where exactly they were going to deliver it so I called back today and asked again which I was told it would be curbside and I'm responsible for getting it myself. First thing it's going to rain Wednesday, which I was told regardless I'm responsible for getting it. Second I'm a single woman and how am I going to get all this and last they were charging me $85 for delivery for them to drop curbside. As long as this I there policy I won't support this business at all. It's not worth the hassle. I can get furniture from other places and get it all delivered to me inside.

Upon entering the store, a staff member named Christy (Chrissy?), was extremely disrespectful to me, my husband, and our young sons. We have shopped at Baxton’s in the past and I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and respect of this particular individual. It is unfortunate that people who lack the ability to provide customer service find themselves in customer-facing jobs. I would suggest that Baxton begin employing those who appreciate social interaction and have the ability to act in a professional manner. We will not be returning.
