Picked up our vehicle on 11/12/22 at 4:35 PM, Owner/Manger was very consciences calling at 4:30 PM advising that their office would be closing at 5 PM. A free vehicle upgrade was provided because the vehicle class was not available. Very good customer service and very competitive pricing for our car rental.
