“I ordered an online pick up item and unfortunately it wasn’t ready upon my arrival even though it was just 2 hay bales, but I will say I was very happy with the associate that helped me. Even though it wasn’t ready, she went and handpicked the items for me ensuring that I’d be able to walk away with my order same day! The store was also clean and organized”

They sold glass, but had no idea what I was looking for. Several friends said I had to go to Ed Hoy's-- I would think I was at a Disney World of Glass! What a helpful & informative experience. “The Manager at the Wheaton store is the most helpful person I have encounter in all Joann Fabric stores that I have gone to. I called to see if they had an item in stock, she went back and checked. She held it for me until I arrived. When I arrived the person at the cutting department said he couldn't find it, but when the manager heard this, she instructed on where it was and proceeded and help with the order. She was off of work at that time, but remained there until my order was complete. She was extremely polite, helpful and competent.”
“Stopped in while staying at the nearby Indigo Hotel for Thanksgiving. This shop had so many unique and fun gifts plus a huge selection of cards and wrapping materials. I probably spent a good 25 minutes browsing with my parents, and we all found something.We were welcomed when we came into the store and an associate helped us while we browsed. There were a LOT of items but it didn't feel cluttered.If I didn't have to fly home, I probably would've bought a lot more gifts.”
