“One of the best places i ever lived. The staff was excellent Chris,Chrissy,and Ken. The Maintenance staff was great as well. Fermin leads that team. Everyone on the staff is courteous, helpful and cares about all the residents. I am really sad that i had to move out of state. Thornberry Woods in Naperville IL, treats you like family. The one bedroom was very spacious and you have your own washer and dyer, with a nice size balcony & storage closet. You wont go wrong with choosing Thornberry woods as your new home.”

“I’ve been living at The Marq for about two weeks so far and things have been wonderful. As a native to Chicago, I’ve been living in Arizona for the last ten years. I must say… it feels like HOME here. Our unit is bright and airy and super quiet. The neighbors/residents Ive met so far are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Sydney and her team in the leasing office have been fabulous and super responsive any time I have a question. Marcos in maintenance was also awesome and handled my two requests quickly. Thank you, Sydney and Marcos! I look forward to a long life at The Marq!”

“I have lived here for a year now and I'm honestly shocked to read some of the negative reviews. The staff here is great. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough. Apartments are spacious. If you see any type of bug, even a gnat, they respond promptly with professional exterminators. It seems a lot of people complaining here are really just mad at the way other residents behave or treat the property which the management only has so much control over. They clean common areas weekly.They keep the pool clean and crystal clear. They address any issues immediately. I did have a loud next door neighbor but that's not the management fault that the couple couldn't get along lol they moved out and my new neighbor is quiet. But we can't really blame management for other people's behavior or for how thin the walls are. They didn't build the place. Anyways I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice apartment. The prices are better than others around with much smaller apartments and no pool or gym. My only complaint is that I wish they would fix the potholes on the lot because people who don't live here don't know where to avoid them and I do have to warn my guests about them. Other than that, it's a really nice place to live with lots of friendly neighbors.”

“I have lived here for about 3 years. I absolutely love it and management is always very helpful and all smiles. Anything you need, they will help. The maintenance men are so sweet and always get to my apartment the same day when I need fixing. Nexxus (hopefully I’m spelling her name right) is the manager and she keeps everything in order. She always asks how me and the kids are doing and if we need anything. Great community and all my neighbors are awesome people. 10/10 would recommend.”

It's not very often that you meet a manager that really knows her job and has a very good grasp of maintenance aspects of the property as well.I learned many things about Heartland that pleasently surprised me. It's a family owned business and are people oriented. with many employees benefits, and they believe in giving back.It's the type of company I would like to work for. . The property looked very nice and well kept. The layout that she showed me looked up to date and modern with many stylish touches . I learned about the on going improvements and updates that are in progress. I've had experience w/ property management company's as an employee and as a vendor of specialized services and this company is unique.”
“We really are happy with our decision to lease here. The staff in the office are very helpful and made the move in process easy. Our apartment was very clean on moving day and is nicely renovated. We went with the Hinsdale because of the location and the nicely renovated style of the apartment, plus the in unit laundry. Happy with our choice, thank you!”
“I am not sure where the bad reviews about bugs, roaches, etc are coming from but that is completely FALSE!!!! I’ve been here since 2021 and LOVE IT…Yes I’ve experienced rent increases every lease renewal but I have a peace of mind here and that means everything to me. I pay for indoor parking and always feel safe. Yes they have rules but I love it that’s how you keep the place from chaos. I have a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful lake and my balcony is so relaxing. The leasing office and maintenance team ROCKS!!!!!!! I called about a heat issue and asked for weather stripping at my front door oh my goodness within 20 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door and handled my request expeditiously. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and they have so much to offer here. Yes it may be on the pricey side but they are worth every dime. Yes you can find something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I am getting SUPERB treatment here and I HIGHLY recommend The Towers.”

“Love love love my home! Windsor Estates feels like home. The management team treats us as family, the maintenance team is superb. Any issues are attended to quickly and with a smile. I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel like family, especially during these trying times. I feel safe, secure and valued. My cousin came over last week and said, “When I come here, I feel like I’m on vacation! It’s so beautiful and peaceful here!” I look around my home every day, and say, “I love my home. I’m so happy here!” Doesn’t hurt that I have the BEST VIEW from my balcony, which during the last 2 years, I don’t mind saying, has saved my sanity daily. Thank you for everything, always !
