Terrible service my kids were told they can not buy items with Quarters. Last time I check coins are a form of money. Poor service. I won't spend a dime in this establishment

Most of the people who work here are wonderful. There is one heavy set woman with black hair and glasses that seriously needs to reevaluate herself. A while back my son told me that she accused him of stealing when he was there with friends. I brushed it off thinking it may have been misunderstanding and maybe there were a bunch of unruly kids in there all at once.A few days later I walk in with my son and he whispers to me that the lady behind the counter was the one who was rude. I was in the back corner of the store and my son was looking at some drinks. The lady wasn't aware that I was with him and she began to speak rudely to him letting him know she was watching and that he better not steal. I walked over by my son and her attitude quickly changed. On other occasions I see her watching me as if I am going to steal something. I have seen this woman do this to other people embarrassing them in the store. The only reason I go back is because the other employees are great and should not have to pay for one horrible excuse of a cashier. I could go on and on about how horrible she is at her job.

I have been attempting to contact the proprietor or a manager of this establishment as my children thoroughly enjoy frequenting it. Their ages range from 9 to 12, and they often visit with their friends from the neighborhood. Unfortunately, they consistently experience a sense of unease due to the presence of a particular woman who appears to harbor animosity towards children. Despite my children's impeccable manners, I am perplexed as to why she singles out my 12-year-old daughter. Notably, should a child dare to respond to her, she resorts to threatening them with police involvement and occasionally employs offensive language in conjunction with her accomplice, a fellow customer.This situation must cease. Unless the owner of this store takes appropriate action, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the headquarters of 7-11.

I’m genuinely surprised with how bad some of the reviews are here. It’s a convenience store. You go in, grab stuff, pay for it, and leave that’s about all there is to it. Then I’m going to address the elephant in the room. Who is Pam? Is this some kind of inside joke between all these people who somehow have enough time to leave public Google reviews? If I could give a 5 star review to an associate, it would be my favorite person to see there, Pam. She is so nice and always on top of her game. She’s the one bright light there who follows safety protocol, and was working to clean up all the boxes clearly not left out by her. It’s sad to see.

I often go into this location because of its convenience. One day I went to get my large surpee and saw that many of the workers were not wearing masks. The only worker who was wearing their mask was very friendly and offered to help me find a snack I was looking for. Pam was quite a great person to have help me. Everyone else made me feel uncomfortable due to the no masks. I will NOT return to this location because of the safety issues.

Good Morning! Every morning I stop at 711 to get my cup of coffee and treat.. however when I arrived store was closed.. him I wonder why .. a little worried because there's always on the weekends this lady I think her name is Pam.. now with that being said what is wrong with new management people I went there the other day and there's containers all over the floor with product in them.. Why so I can fall on my face.. I think you need to reevaluate your staff and get 711 back on there feet. It's a disgrace to your corporation.. I wish I was your secret shopper you would not pass. You all have a wonderful day!!
