Horrible service and the cashier is a liar. No smile no greetings, over heard a pizza guy said that he was going to give him cash tip but ended up with nothing. Not even a "thank you!"

The two employees that I come across that work here are extremely rude. One guy is worse than the other. One guy threateneded to get an ubereats driver fired when all that guy asked was if his package was ready. Very unprofessional.

I have lived in Lombard near this 7/11 for 6 years. The manger, Sam is extremely rude and short with customers including me. I lost my license about two weeks ago and one of the only places I remembered showing it is 7/11. I went ask Sam and before I can even get it out he responded with a harsh NO! I Informed Sam that he hasn’t even looked, when he responded by shaking his head and being very dismissive. I called just about every business In Lombard searching for my license. Also drove around illegally and had to visit the dmv during Covid to get a temporary license. Two weeks later I walked in 7/11 and the night clerk says “hey I think you left your licenses here” wow! It was there the whole time. Because of Sam(the other employees are great) I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint. And will take my business elsewhere.

Hi, today (Friday, November 6, 2020 between the hours of 11p.m.-11:30p.m.) I experienced being profiled by a current employee at this particular 7/11 location (1 W St Charles Rd, Lombard, IL). I'm a loyal customer who supports this buiness often, and I am LIVID and utterly DISGUSTED of the customer service I encountered tonight. I felt very grateful to find this 7-Eleven. I arrived at the train station on an unusually hot summer day and I was really thirsty. Very convenient location.

The manager Sam is always so pleasant. The store is well-stocked and I can always get just what I need. Donuts are fresh. Always have a few newspapers in stock. There is a fair amount of fresh food and healthy snack options. Bananas are 2 for a $1.00, which is a good deal.

I like commenting on small businesses that go that extra step in terms of customer service. I am often in this 7-11 as it's right under the bridge from my job so I pop in often for a Diet Coke and a granola bar. The owner is always so kind and says "Thank you, my friend" when I check out, which always makes me smile. It's always been tidy, well-stocked, bright, not crowded. Parking lot is never crowded.

It's a 7-11. Never gets too crowded, selection seems to be average. Good locations for the train station, tho! Donuts are the best!
