Called them to check out a vehicle I was considering purchasing, and they got me in the same day. They're very knowledgeable and friendly and did a complete check of the car as well as a test drive and took the time to go over everything with me. It's very reasonable and the guys there are really nice. I highly recommend them.

Always Warren...that's what I tell people when asked who I recommend in town for automobile repair. Brian and Andrew are always easy to work with when they have room on their lot for another work ticket. That said, thereve been several times they went above and beyond accommodating my immediate situation. Thanks again for those times, guys!While I only own mass-produced domestic vehicles, and they primarily work on my 2003 Grand Marquis...they will give you an upfront and honest answer to any possibly working on any make. The first thing I always do when moving to a new area is figure out who I can count on when my car is down, and these guys were a no-brainer decision to keep me moving!

Don’t think twice about getting your car serviced at Warren auto. I had an excessive oil consumption test to be done at the dealership because of a recall but they found a leak and could not do it. Dealership quoted me $1300 for the repair where Andrew and his team did it within a day for $750. A month later I take my car back to dealership for same oil consumption test. A few days before I had a check engine light come on and my car could t accelerate well and was shaking. Since I was getting the oil consumption test done again, I asked dealership to take a look. They came back and say they can’t hook up to the computer board to tell me why my car is not accelerating properly and quoted me $1500 to replace it so they can find out what the problem was. Took it to Warren, within 15 minutes they told me it’s the ignition coil and spark plugs. Paid $300. Saved me almost $2k with excellent service. Could t be happier. They are honest and very reasonably priced. Great little shopServices: Brakes
