This Walmart is truly starting to tick me off before self checkout this specific location which is LOCKPORT always had two maybe three lanes open and the line would be all the way backed by the produce and that was before Covid. Now that they have self checkouts they only have maybe two or three self checkouts registers that take cash and the rest of them are card only which is not cool because not EVERYONE pays with credit or debit. They could at least have the same amount of registers open for each payment method.

Very rude people. I asked what aisle something was at and all I got was an attitude! I went there because it was on my way home from work. I'll just use New Lenox Walmart next time.

they now close at 11pm and are often out of many groceries. They added many self checkouts and many of them are credit card only no cash!!! The employees that pick items delivery or pick up tend to block the aisles without regard for the customers that are shopping in store.

Customer service rep Mia at this store needs to go back to school and take a politeness class. We recently purchased a Bissell Steam Cleaner at the New Lenox store. We were going to be out by Lockport so we decided to take it back there. Mia, doing her job, took the machine out of the box to make sure all was there. We apparently didn't get all the water out and when she tipped it some of the water dripped on her hand to which she promptly replied, "Mother Fu*ker." She then proceeded to check the serial number on the bottom of the unit and proceeded to tell us it didn't match with the serial number on the box so we couldn't return it. So instead of showing us she put it back in the box and said she couldn't accept it and we should take it back to New Lenox. Upon returning home we inspected both the unit and the box to discover that the Model No. is included on the box and it appears above the serial number on the unit. Extremely disappointed that she simply couldn't do her job because her had got wet and was disgusted by it which she repeated several times. If I need to return something I definitely won't be going there.

I am done shopping at Walmart! Their online product descriptions are completely deceptive. You think you're buying one item to pick up only to get something different. This seems to be intentional bait and switch. The staff in store are completely incompetent of providing customer support. This is one of the worst stores I've ever shopped at. Don't waste your time or money here.
