If there is a zero star that will be my rating and definitely will be changing my pharmacy after this last prescription is filled. I think they are understaffed and unable to provide a good service. It's been been 3 days and they haven't released my 2 prescriptions, no communication was done to let me know that they transferred one of the prescriptions to another walgreens pharmacy, the other one they said it needed more documentation. They need to inform patients of these issues so we can act upon it and not wait a long time . Medications are prescribed for a purpose and there is a delay in treatment because of their negligence to keep patients informed. When you call their line, the minimum amount of waiting is 20 min. They even read one of my prescriptions wrong, one time they were filling a Voltaren instead of Valtrex, that is a huge mistake. Also, they are always out of stock of medications, they always substitute or make you wait days to obtain the right medicine.

No wonder Walgreens is closing so many locations, the service is ridiculous and their systems are not adequate. Every single experience with them is just bad!

pharmacists never want to give you the prescription. they argue with the doctor and insurance. this place is a joke and needs to be shut down.

Just waited in a line for more than 20 minutes and they said there was a problem with the insurance. Then they said their computers were down and I could park and come inside. I asked if the computers inside were working and she said she didn’t know. Then she came back and said the computers were up but they had to contact insurance. I went inside and waited and then their co liters went down again. My husband just had surgery and we were not able to get pain meds. Bought OTC aspirin and took it to the front and the front computer wasn’t working either. More than 30 minutes total. Very upset and frustrated. We’ll be going to CVS from now on.

The pharmacist there helped me get my medication for free instead of paying n I greatly appreciated that. I use to have issues with them in the past, but haven’t since.

For all of you wanting to go to the pharmacy and pick up your prescriptions, you better call first to make sure they're open. I found out after making a trip there they close the whole department to take a break. Who does that??? This Walgreens sucked before and still sucks.

I wish I could give one star. The absolute worst pharmacy in the world !!! Takes days for a prescription, they take a solid 15 mins of hold time to answer the phone; the line is always a solid 30 plus mins long when picking up a prescription. Just insanity. Get it together or say you can't fill prescriptions anymore !!

And twice now given my mother the wrong blood pressure medications two of the same medicines in 2 different named bottles

I called the pharmacy at around 9:30 AM on Mon 03/18. The person I spoke with was kind of rude. So I waited until 5:00 PM to pick up the Rx. When asked the name in the drive up, there was a pause . Then I was told the safe with the medication could not be opened. I proceeded to speak with the store manager inside. We went to the pharmacy and after a 5 minute wait the safe problem was repeated to the manager and myself. The pharmacist had the door opened when I walked up to the counter, then fumbled around and said it wouldn't open. She suggested sending the Rx to another store & proposed changing the prescription. Very unprofessional. I want no business with tis store again. I will attempt to have my Rx sent elsewhere.

The worse pharmacy customer service ever. I've been on hold over 1/2 hour just to be hung up in twice. Called the store opposed to the pharmacy and spoke with a manger he transferred me to the pharmacy however; I still was on hold. Finally spoke with someone 45 mins later.

No one seems to care here. Prescriptions aren't filled when they say they're filled and talking to anyone will just get you a bunch of lies, at which point they get confused on why you listened to them in the first place! Also, if you're going to endlessly put people on hold, why TF do you have the automated machine keep saying the same "we're sorry to keep you waiting, but all of our staff are busy (doing nothing)" every freaking 30 seconds! Worse yet, I pressed star to disable the garbage hold music, but then it starts up again after 5min of hold. Even the automated system got bored on the call!

this pharmacy is the worst once i’ve been to, good luck trying to pick up any prescription you will wait at LEAST 45 minutes inside or the drive thru. every. single. time. on top of it they are not very nice
