If you are looking for unique sports gift for the high school students in athletics stop in and check out this Lockport store. They offer everything from hats, jerseys, and other equipment. I wanted a visor when I golf and found the color and they even embroidered my logo on it.

I did not have a good experience. It took 2 months for the whole process. I understand my order was a little complicated, but that seems excessive (I've had other companies complete orders for our business, typically taking a week from start to finish, but we wanted to give this place a try). Communication was terrible, I would send an email, wait 2-3 days, and then have to send an additional follow-up email to get a response (which would sometimes take an additional 2-3 days, hence why it took 2 months to get my order placed and completed). Sent a coworker to pick up the order only to find out they wrote my credit card number down a week earlier when I called to pay and just never ran it for some reason. So, I had to call again to pay for it (even though the first time I called I was told "Ok, you're all set." not "I'm going to write your personal credit card number down and just leave it sitting around for a week.") so she stood around and waited for me to call back and pay so she could take the order. Coworker said they acted put out by me deciding to split the almost $1k order onto 2 cards. It's a shame because the quality of the hoodies and the work is quite good, but the experience was so time consuming and unpleasant I wouldn't use them again.

I'd give them a zero if it were an option. Absolutely the worst customer service. we spent $450 on unitorms and received the wrong items. First phone call they were friendly and happy to help. We go to pick up our "temporary" items and my family is treated like scum. Like IM the one who made the mistake. DO NOT purchase from this company. Not only is it over priced. The staff is awful. And it takes 5-10 weeks to receive your order. To say I'm mad is an understatement.

Very disappointed in service. Would not do a return for an item purchased a day earlier. Spoke down, as if we didn't understand them. When questioned, couldn't answer and then provided wrong information. Overall, very rude and will never receive our business again. Would give ZERO stars, but can't.

earlier in the pandemic I left a review about the employees not wearing masks. I see it has since been REMOVED and the employees are STILL maskless. So much for keeping everyone safe!!!!!

I've been using Sports Huddle for Travel Baseball uniforms and equipment for years. Mike and crew come through every time, and while haven't been in for a few years due to not coaching, we were in need of 60 youth hats, stitched, in a pinch. As usual, excellent service!
