We were looking to store some things for a family member, so based on the location and all the positive reviews, we decided to give Secure Storage of Lockport a try. Not only was the price reasonable and the storage unit clean, the owner and manager Tom was absolutely wonderful. He was such a pleasure to speak with! He offered us useful information and got us into the best unit for our needs. He even let us use some 4 wheel dollies for free! Thanks again Tom, we appreciate all of your help! Also, thanks for prorating our bill. Any assistance we can get during this whole process is so very much appreciated!

We used Secure Storage for over two years. No issues at all. Great people. Our deposits were returned as promised. Highly recommend. Will use again.

such pleasant people to work with. everybody from the start back in may has been so kind and accommodating. we rented their moving truck which was clean and ran nicely and they even gave us a coupon to rent it. such great people there with great prices. if you’re looking for a storage unit facility near lockpork, secure storage is the way to go!

Everyone here is phenomenal to work with. Matt, Stephanie, Tom are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of for you. I have been a customer for around a year now and can say they have helped me on numerous occasions. Highly recommend !
