I called the branch to ask a simple question and although I know it’s not their fault, I was sent to five different people and eventually sent right back to the branch, which would not answer my call. Being a somewhat cantankerous and impatient person who doesn’t like wasting his morning on the phone, I took all my money out of my mutual fund and invested it elsewhere. Now they are calling me. Imagine that! Too late.For a checking and savings account I think the place is great. There are branches everywhere, which is very convenient. Just don’t use them as a brokerage because they have a very high turnover rate in brokers.Not sure why everybody is so upset about the tellers not being kind enough or whatever. They aren’t there to kiss our behinds.

Rather then simply cashing my payroll check funded by pnc and depositing as cash in my pnc account, the bank choose to process as check deposit which held up my funds available unnecessarily for two additional days. When attempting to resolve, all I received were numerous calls telling me there is nothing they can do. What a shame we are bound to these useless banks. Looks like it’s time to move the personal and commercial accounts to someone else..

These people keep you locked out of the bank for one year and a half due to ‘Covid restrictions’ then they switch you inside and don’t even attend to the customers inside I am never seen this poor of a level of customer service in my years of banking

I've been using that branch since it first opened and have nothing but good to say about the clerks at this location... in fact, I use the Crest Hill location too and have always had a good experience... Now, why the 4 stars? Well, it not due to the service I get when I walk it but because they've decided to operate during the times when most people can't bank which is 9-5pm. Because of this, I'm typically forced to bank there only on weekends when I really have other things to do. Come on PNC, maybe open a little later so that least those coming home from work can stop in... Or heaven forbid, have 2 shifts.....

I was just reminded why not to use this location. This clerk was more difficult than last time, unprofessional and unhelpful. No, I don't remember my account number, but here is my Driver's License, please kindly look it up. She also requested a debit card or credit card, no other branch has ever asked for it. Simple transaction that should have taken less than a minute took over 10 minutes, what was she doing with my Driver's License and my credit card!?!?. I've been with PNC for over 20 years with numerous accounts but this kind of experience wants you take your business elsewhere.

11am on 8/12 I was greeted by this awesome employee Vicki, I filled out a deposit slip and I was walking to get in line. This incredibly rude black clerk yelled across the bank, "YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR A WITHDRAWAL SLIP"...speaking/yelling to me...what planet is she from where you yelll across the bank to a customer..Vicki politely stepped in and helped me out..but Jesus Christ teach this alien how to greet/talk to customers

Wouldn't even give me change cause I'm not a customer ???? What kinda bank would do this ?? Well good bye pnc cause my wife is a customer and will do our business elsewhere .. thanks for the neighborly help pnc .. what kinda neighborhood business do we have 7 houses away from me on 159th and read st.. wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't just rude about it !!!!

The staff at this PNC location are some of the friendliest and best staff around! Going in to take care of my accounts feels like going into a small local place instead of a larger chain. A lot of the tellers have been working here for years, and they remember a lot of the clients.
