“My fur baby only gets food and treats from here. Why? Our previous fur baby had Cushings and thanks to meds, and good advice from staff here, she lived a long, full life. They even made me a memorial picture of her. Current fur baby is entitled to the same treatment. She is a picky eater, and they have worked with us to find food she will eat most of the time.”

“Everyone I talked with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area inside and out where the dogs had outside runs was very clean, and well maintained. I picked up two female cats that were checked and up to date for standard health requirements. They will be kept on my property for mainly rodent control with free run of the area once they adapt to their new rural location.”

“This is simple the Best Pet Supplies Store hands down! The manager and the assistants are pro active in welcoming you and asking if you need help! They also know the product inside and out. Although I live 32 miles from this store when I'm near I make a stop! Am I the only person who enjoys buying Valentine cat toys for her clients. The girl Meah who works there proudly showed me the ones her cat loves! Together we oohed so cute at them all!”

“I boarded my dog for the first time at petsmart this weekend because my vet was completely booked and didn’t have room for my pup. I was a little hesitant at first to go somewhere new but I just went with it bc I figured why not give it a shot. When I dropped my dog off the staff was so tentative. They made sure any questions I had they answered. The next morning when I picked up my pup I walked past the group play room and saw my little guy living his best life. He was so excited to socialize with the other dogs and he looked like he was so happy. After just one day of staying at the pet hotel, the staff knew Lucky by name and told me how much of a funny little guy he was. They truly made me feel so comfortable and my little dog mom heart was so full. Lucky will definitely be back to see all his new human and doggy friends!”
