Stylist: I don't know what her name was, but she didn't act like she wanted to do my no chip and manicure.
She did not cut or push back the cuticles.
The polished result was bad. She did not polish some areas on some of my nails.
I also had to ask her to trim the nails that were much longer than the others.
I had heard so many positive things about this nail spa and I was so disappointed.

I went here for nails, feet and eyebrows and got rushed out saying they’re too busy to service me.
It was three people ahead of me…… this is not the first incident.. I truly think they don’t prefer people

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for a couple of years now and I’m not going anywhere else! They use high quality products so my dip powder manicure holds up 4 weeks between appointments with no problem. Anna is an amazing nail technician! She is very detailed, patient, has great design ideas and always make my nails look absolute best.

Every time I come here they never have a opening I’m starting to think they are prejudice against African-Americans I will never come here again I give them no stars

It is always such a great experience at Luxury, the staff is so pleasant and makes you feel like you’re right at home. So lucky to have a nail salon that is dependable and does beautiful nails! I can’t recommend them enough stop in and see for yourself!

I've gone to other nail salons in town and Luxury is by far the best. All employees are professional and great at what they do. The salon is always welcoming, neat and clean.

Why is it so hard to get decent quality customer service these days? Had a basic pedicure and it's crap. Uneven cuts, little to no filing. Edges of nails where cuts were made are showing cut edges-unfinished look. The trimming of skin around nail was lacking. I would have given a nice holiday tip but manicurist was not very nice.
