Don’t even bother calling. Talk to him twice for pre-arrange pick up. Did not show up, did not answer his phone or his text. His voicemail inbox is always full so you can’t leave a message. I know he read the text when he was two hours late but still didn’t answer me.CALL APPLE TOWING in Lockport instead.Same quoted price yet they showed up when they said they would.

Amazing. Great customer service, and a very affordable tow. I was searching for local towing around the Lockport area, and these guys were by far the nicest and most helpful company I got in contact with. They were very nice over the phone and exceptionally accommodating. Very VERY pleased. 10/10 would use again, and will definitely recommend.

For a towing company they sure don't know how to drive. The driver (and I assume owner) can't follow simple traffic laws like not making a U-Turn in places that clearly prohibit it. I say I assume owner because I called the number listed and it went to a cell number of the dude driving and he didn't even care that he did it. I wouldn't trust these guys to deliver my car safely if they can't even follow simple traffic laws. Horrible business practices. This guy doesn't deserve to run a business let alone be entrusted with your car.
