This agency does not offer good prices. Even though you may have a policy / contract for a specified period and monthly amount they will just increase the amount of your monthly payment without notice or explanation. Cancelling my insurance and will never use this company again.

I always dread shopping around for auto insurance, its such a hassle and no matter what I feel like I'm getting taken advantage of.
Well Joe Rickers saved me over $4000 a year on my auto insurance and did everything in under a hour. I was very impressed.
His office could use a fresh coat of paint, thats the only thing I can think of to complain about. Very satisfied.

Ultimately we were driven away and dropped our home insurance with them because they absolutely would not stop calling and mailing us about insuring our vehicles even though they couldn't beat the price their competitor was giving us. It was multiple phone calls and voicemails a week and when asked to stop, it did briefly but the second we called to ask about something else, it's like we were added back to the list and the calls would start again. Their go-to is saying that they have intel that the company you're using instead of them is raising their prices the following year, which a short phone call and brief research disproved. Glad we switched away from allstate all together because we ended up saving more money, and our rates were never raised like they claimed. We still get things in the mail though, what a waste of paper.
