An employee Mark L helped me with ordering food trays for wake services for my grandmother. He made a difficult situation better with his understanding and compassion. He was patient and kind. I didn’t know how much to order or what to order. He helped me and made the process easy and seamless.

I’ve keep hoping things will get better in this store since it’s close to my home, but today might be my last time going to this store. I opened the milk cooler door and had to reach pretty far back to grab a carton of milk which how I noticed all the mold growing in the shelves in the cooler. That is a health code violation and something I can’t overlook. I wonder what else they don’t bother to clean

Visited this grocery market although its product prices are less competitive to other supermarkets in Lockport but there are also products that are only available in this grocery store and they also put up sales items grom time to time. Place is neat, spacious and tidy, reminds me of Morrisons in UK. Highly recommended.

Picture Jewel prices are high unless you use their coupons. Coupons are usually very good deals.

No Cashiers actually working. Every lane was closed but self check out. 4 women on phones and talking including manager at a closed register. Joke of customer service. If I wanted to play cashier I would have applied.

Not the most pleasant experience. Workers act as if you are working with the team and use phrases that are unfamiliar. I went here for a pickup order and instead of being kind they chose to be rude. I almost feel like this is because I was not Caucasian with white skin.

Picked up my on line order today. 3 items missing which the Mgr had door dashed to my home later. And all my clipped coupons fell off. Last week they lost My order. I waited for an hour in the parking lot for my order. I'm done with jewel.

Not the Jewel I grew up with. Way too corporate and you can tell. Meat quality has gone down. Produce is good but the department setup is weird, no flow whatsoever. And what’s with the music and announcements being played like we’re at the club. How loud do we all need to know there’s a sale ?

This review is regarding the experience I had earlier today in the pharmacy. The guy who rung me up directed me to the manager since I was being prescribed a new medication. The woman screamed at me and belittled me just because I asked her for the little grocery card that gets you 20 percent off after so many prescriptions. She told me I couldn’t have it because of my insurance which is fine but I told her I had new insurance that would make me qualified she then screamed at me again and told me no. I kept my composure and just assured it was okay so I could just get out of there. She made me very uncomfortable. What a horrible person. Should not be working in customer service. Her name I believe was “Biatta” (I don’t know if I spelled that right) I called this evening asking for her name and the man on the phone told me “she didn’t mean it” and that they’re short staffed. Well I’ve also been short staffed at my jobs and managed not to scream at customers for no reason. I didn’t even do anything except ask for a grocery card. I wasnt demanding anything or coming off as rude at all. She just decided she didn’t like me I guess. Definitely not someone who should be working with the public. I cried when I got out to my car because of how horribly I was treated. I’ve been with jewel for me prescriptions forever but as long as she’s there I think I will go elsewhere.
